This property is in a great location with easy access to the resort, town, and bus service. We stayed here for a few nights in a studio. ||Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy to access. I had a second family member joining and the front desk generously offered a second parking pass, which made things so much easier. The Murphy bed was much nicer than a pull out couch and the gas fireplace made for some cozy ambiance. Wifi worked great and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning.||The property itself was gorgeous and all of the staff were extremely friendly. With wonderful restaurant options within a block or two and a beautiful gym and hot tub area, I would not hesitate to return during the ski season.
The property is nice, however the location is super loud. We could hear bar noise and bar patrons until they shut down at 2am. The traffic noise is also terrible. We had to sleep in ear plugs and could still hear the noise. Unit didn't have A/C, and even through the windows opened there was very little breeze. It was uncomfortably warm during the summer.
Positives: Location. That's it.||Negatives: Where do I begin?? There's no A/C, and in July, the room temp can get rather uncomfortable, especially for sleeping. The solution? Open the windows. Sure, except for the constant noise of drinking patrons on the street below until well past 1am. We slept uncomfortably until we couldn't stand it any longer, at which point, we had to open the windows and just wait for the noise to subside before getting any sleep.||The a/c is non-existant. So, be prepared to either sleep in a warm stuffy room, or open the windows and lie awake until 1:30-2:00am when the noisy bar hoppers and drinkers finally decide to call it a night. What a terrible way to sleep!! ||The parking... good heavens what a nightmare!! It's incredibly confusing, and the "map" they hand out looks like a copy of a copy of a copy of a map thst was colored in by a child in kindergarten. We were instructed to park in the green section... but there were no spots in the green section, so I found a spot just on the opposite side of the green section's rope. Despite having a properly displayed parking hangtag showing we were current Main Street Station patrons, we still woke up to a $127 parking ticket!! There is a sign on the wall of the entrance to parking garage that says "Overnight parking for Main Street Station patrons only". OK... So, why post that if you're going to ticket the Main Street Station patrons who paid $300/night to stay here?? And then, offer absolutely ZERO remorse or sympathy to the situation. When I talked to the man at the front desk that morning, he got snippy with me and asked "Well, did you bother to come up and talk to us when you saw there were no green parking spots? If you had, we would have directed you to a different parking spot. You parked in a paid parking area. I can't help you." Seriously?? Overnight is supposed to be for MSS patrons only, yet when we park there overnight, albeit in a spot other than the unavailable color coded section, we get slapped with a $127 parking ticket. Such a joke!! We will NEVER stay here ever again, and will be sure to let all of our friends know what terrible customer service is given here.
It looks and reads great in advertisements and on Google search but once you're into these people...they will not let you out. We paid for years loyally. We owe them no money, but they can't manage to get their client load and management together to offer us some sort of buyout. We keep getting told that we need to sell it ourselves. That's gotta tell you something: They are a timeshare company that can't even sell their own timeshares. It's a bad deal that you may not realize until a year or even 5 years down the line. They give you 5 days to "cancel," but most of those 5 days, you're still on vacation. It's a scam and they know it. We have been asking for an exit for almost 2 years, and all we are told is that we are on a "list." They don't publish the list. They don't tell you how many are on the list or what number you are or how much of that list is exhausted on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis...if at all. More scam statements. "You're on a list..."
We stayed at Main Street Station on a ski trip over Spring Break. Great place right on Main Street, short walking distance to the Quicksilver Superchair. Ideal location for all levels of skiers, especially because the lift feeds the beginners area as well as to lifts that access more difficult terrain. Also, easy access to all the shoppes and restaurants.....Highly recommend!
Great value for guests to stay at, right on Main Street and easy access to anywhere. Rooms well appointed and spacious, even for a studio.
First the pros and the only reason for 1 star: the location is great, close to the quicksilver list, ski rentals literally downstairs, close to shops and bus stop, and wonderful ski valet and front desk people.||Cons: not terrible, but the parking garage and learning your way around the 3 buildings is difficult. We were in building A, and the front desk, ski valet, fitness center all in building C. Our building was old and had no comfortable lobby. ||Now for the really terrible: we stayed in unit 1313. Got a message 1 hour before checkin that dishwasher was broken. Upon arrival, kitchen trash hadn't been taken out from previous guests. I didn't get too upset until I got ready to make breakfast next morning. Almost every dish, glass, pan, utensil was FILTHY! I'm guessing dishwasher has been broken for awhile. Sent message to rental company, with pics of dishes. Also no stopper for sink to handwash dishes. Only got a sorry. No offer to fix dishwasher in the 5 days we were there or offer of a sink stopper to run dishwater. Horrible communication, would never stay here again.
The location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and slopes. I especially like the ski valet service offered. However, our unit 1201 had some issues that made it less than an ideal stay. The fireplace did not work (confirmed by the front desk who stated the owner had not fixed it), and the second bedroom had two rollaways with springs sticking into our teenager's backs. The pull-out sofa was broken and unusable. The closets were full of items like fans, and extra boots making storage a challenge. I tried storing some items under the bed and noticed a thick layer of dust. Our sink was leaking in the master and let the front desk know. They sent someone to look at it and he stated he needed more tools. He did not return to fix it before our departure. This unit needs a major overall cleaning.

Craved a flavorful, tasty and fresh meal after wandering the town. I am lucky to have found Mount Golian Grill. This restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and cozy. The food was phenomenal and the service was great. I can only highly recommend it.
Loved the salsas and rose pork. Wish there was more avocado and tomato, but Iâve never had tlayudas before. Very tasty! Also had a breakfast burrito (no pic) and it was bomb.
