I have been a resident of this apartment complex for three years, and regrettably, my overall experience has been less than satisfactory. Over time, I have observed a consistent decline in the quality of living conditions. The most pressing issue has been the persistent mold problem in my bathroom, which has persisted for months without a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, I have encountered a baffling situation with the water billing from the local water company. On two separate occasions, I was charged for water consumption that I did not personally incur. One of these instances occurred during a recent trip when I was out of the country for two weeks. Upon requesting a detailed bill, I discovered that my water usage had inexplicably increased during the days I was absent. It remains a mystery how such consumption could transpire when I was not even in the same state as my water meter. What exacerbates these issues is the frustrating lack of communication and responsiveness from the property owners. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, particularly a person named Katie Martinez, I have received no response, and my concerns remain unaddressed. The management of the Graham Company, which seems to have a monopoly on properties in Miami Lakes, is deeply concerning. Their rent pricing appears arbitrary, and it appears they treat tenants with disregard and indifference. It's disheartening to feel that there are no apparent consequences or repercussions for such practices. I caution potential tenants not to be deceived by the initial appearance of the complex. While it may seem appealing on the surface, it's essential to consider the broader picture. In my experience, it's best to carefully evaluate your options before deciding to invest your hard-earned money in this complex.

First off, this property and its staff deserve TEN stars. From the moment I came to inquire about a unit, I was greeted by Ms.Tammy and Ms.Patricia. Both so polite, helpful, and just all around pleasant. I was able to get a tour of the unit and it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. I needed to look no further. They walked me through the application process, which was fast and efficient. I was approved within 48 hours!! I’ve now been living at the property for one month and honestly… I wish I could purchase my unit! I’ve lived in Miami Lakes for years, but this property feels as if I lived out of state. Just beautiful, the staff is always so polite and the neighbors have been so nice from the moment I started my move. It’s very seldom that you run into that these days, which leaves me at peace knowing that Graham Properties is where luxury and peace of mind meet. I don’t even want to get into how gorgeous and spacious my unit is, and how beautiful the amenities are as well. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a peaceful community to call home.. you’re going to absolutely love the staff!!! Thanks again to Patricia, Shane, Tammy, and the wonderful maintenance staff who is always so prompt and polite as well. I can’t rave about you all enough, because it’s truly your amazing service that makes this property the best in town.

Their management team is very professional, organized, personable and dedicated to excellent customer service. Their maintenance team is very responsive, straightforward, pleasant and dedicated to excellent customer satisfaction. The units, grounds and facilities are well maintained. This is a tranquil and safe, child and pet friendly neighborhood with ample parking. There is easy access to necessary shopping, restaurants and highways. Many thanks to the entire team at The Residences at Lakehouse. I have been a resident for 1 month and my family and I already feel very much at home!

Love this place! Just renewed my lease with them for another year. The staff is fantastic, all super friendly and helpful. Always sweet when you speak with them. The location is also great - easy to get on and off the highway. Beautiful setting with nice trees and trails. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Tami and Patricia work in the office and are wonderful! They are very attentive, caring and kind. We recently moved into the Residences at Lakehouse. The property has an amazing peaceful feeling. Our apartment feels like a small cozy home. The neighbors are very friendly and it feels like a five star resort in Miami Lakes. Barbara

Amazing apartment community in Miami Lakes! Very family oriented, great service, the maintenance and leasing staff are always very attentive. The apartments are beautiful, modern and upgraded all throughout. Quiet, clean, and organized community. Love living here!

Worse place to live.. Staff from the main office is rude and unprofessional and if you get on the property manager's bad side (Magbis Abreu) she will hold it against you and not renew your lease. The staff in the office will be nice when you come to rent for fist time but when you come back to say something you dont like they are rude. Walked many times in the office and noticed THE STAFF fighting with each other. terrible place.

GREAT STAFF !! 2/2 - Very spacious. Modern, clean, brand new appliances. We were 1 of the 1st residents to move to this property just as they finished building it. Living here since, last 4 years. We absolutely love it. Especially our dog, Buddy !! He has lots of friends here and most of all, he loves his long walks to the park.. 🐶 Pet friendly community 🐶 100% ✔✔
