The Residences at James Place Apartment Homes - Apartment complex in Canal Winchester - 6400 Birch Trl Ln, USA

The staff was professional during application process. The units feel like a home. When friends or family come to visit, they frequently refer to our apartment as a condo. We love living here. The bathrooms and living areas are spacious.

I’m already a tenant @The Residence at James Place Apartments since August of 2023. So far my experience was great starting from my residence inquiries, paperwork assistance, moving in adjustment availability and other concerns. Miss Courtney was very patient and cooperative with all my concerns anytime since at the beginning and whenever i need to. We had a residence chat group which is very helpful making us aware of our surroundings and also office staff are creating some events from time to time to help build good relationship among tenants. I am hoping that this peaceful community in my neighborhood will be maintain all throughout.

I can’t thank Raven enough for her help and guidance. She is very kind and knowledgeable, I had to do most of everything remotely. She was very prompt in her response, as well as patient in helping me through the process. My agenda was very tight and quick and she has been very accommodating. Great job!!

Recent new tenant here! Raven was great with doing the tours and speaking on behalf of the Wilcox community and was very helpful with the application process! Courtney completed the application process and kept me up to date on all needs and additional information that was needed! Josh the janitor has been very helpful and quick with any repairs or assistance with any handy work needed! Overall, the staff here is very personable and is willing to go out their way to ensure the tenants are taken care of! I have already suggested the community to a few coworkers who are looking for a new place to live.

We moved in with no problems and have been enjoying our new place. The staff of Courtney, Raven, and Josh have been great to work with! We would recommend The Residence at James Place and are looking forward to meeting the other residents.

I had the pleasure of touring the community a few weeks ago. What a beautiful property. I had the pleasure of working with Raven. She is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took her time showing me the different floorplans I was interested in. I cannot wait until my move in date. This property is beautiful. I cannot wait to call it my home.

i love the community! I would like to applause the whole leasing team and give a shout-out to Raven Gilkerson for being an amazing leasing agent, wasted no time giving us a tour of the unit we wanted to see and was very polite the whole time and super knowledgeable and answered every question we had asked her! Josh the maintenance man stopped and talked to us and was very welcoming and assuring. Courtney was awesome and welcoming as well!

Raven made this experience unforgettable. She went through all of our options and was happy to answer all of the questions we threw her way. I can’t say I’ve had a better experience while looking for a new residence. Her level of customer service is unmatched. I’m so happy we got her to get us through this process.
