Maintenance was quick to respond to the request, was placed last night and they arrived first thing in the morning. Worked quickly and efficiently to fix the issue. Very satisfied, thanks guys! Second time I needed assistance and again the maintenance team went above and beyond expectations. Team was busy with filters so i postponed my request, yet they finished early and came to complete the work early. Absolutely love this place! 😀

The property is kept and maintained very efficiently and orderly. Maintenance request are, most times, completed within 24 hours. The staff and Property Manager are very friendly and quick to address both needs and concerns. This is by far the cleanest and most professional residential complex I have lived in.

So far, we have had a great experience living here. Maintenance has always been very quick and helpful. And our experience with the office staff has been great as well. Everyone has been friendly and professional.

Maintenance responded quickly and took care of the issues on two separate occasions. Thanks, Jesus and Treven! Just an addition (mid NOV 2023) - we had Kevin and maintenance crew out to diagnose an issue. They handled it promptly…and Jesus did the heavy lifting opening up the wall, addressing the issue, and making the wall look like it had never been touched!

Lived here for more than 3 years. Facilities are great! Very well kept gardens and green areas, very safe and quiet. Maintenance team is great! Very friendly, responsive and efficient, however management is very difficult to work with. I changed from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment and instead of modifying my lease they set me up with a completely new contract and made me paid a security deposit and everything, they charged me for the apartment I left and charge me double rent the month I moved, then they prorated the rent and issued a refund, however during this transition I had to pay almost 3 times my rent which was almost $4.5k, it was a lot of money out of pocket the getting the admin understand the issue took several phone calls. When you need to make changes or challenge unfair charges, the main point of contact always refers to the “manager” and this “manager” is never available, which is burdensome and annoying because its hard to get resolution. They also increase rent amount significantly in 2022 and 2023 by almost 20% year by year. Additionally, management always try to charge you for damage and cleaning when you leave your apartment, it definitely feels like a rip-off. This is a great location, but I do expect they get better with their admin personnel, especially Marissa.

Jesus came the very next day after putting in a maintenance request at 8 pm the night before. He was friendly and was done super fast. Very impressed!

I would not recommend moving here if you love your privacy. Taking pictures of residents is i guess the favorite task of my man Jesus. I just personally do not like their sneaky ways they will try to pry under your privacy, either by using “changing the filter of your ac” they would be counting the guests in ur apartment or by just saying “its legal to take pictures of you on our property”. Plus the hot tub does not work 70% of the time.

Beautiful property that is frequently maintained at exceptional levels. One small example of this is; this year, when the snow melted, Management wasted no time planting new flowers and plants. It seemed that the grass throughout the property also received a “glow up” treatment that same week. There is a rule that requires pet owners to pick up and dispose of animal waste. This makes walking the grounds stress free, and there are pet waste bags throughout the property to make compliance as easy as possible. It is easy to see that the Property Manager, Monica and her ENTIRE team really care about keeping the property as nice as possible. The management team is easy to approach, consistently demonstrate professionalism, and overall you get this sense that they genuinely want you to enjoy your time living at The Residences At First Street. These are just a few examples of why this property continues to be the top spot to rent in the Idaho Falls area.
