We showed up at 2:30 pm and were told our room would not be ready till exactly 4:00 (check-in time) because of cleaning. When we got in our room and started getting prepared for our stay we discovered some real issues. First was that the fold out couch clearly had not been opened and cleaned since there was old popcorn, lint, and used tissue on top of mattress (under couch cushions) and then when we opened the bed it still had popcorn inside of it (clearly never even changed the sheets). After fixing that issue we then discovered an empty peanut candy wrapper and an actual peanut in the one bed. My son is severely allergic to peanuts! Though he was not sleeping in this bed this establishes that they clearly did not change the sheets. The next day when I was grabbing something off the floor under the dresser I touched paper and quickly realized it was another used tissue. I also discovered a used mask. They made all this “right” by crediting me $50 back to me. They couldn’t refund anything else because it was booked through Expedia, so we stayed. While the rooms were nice and large and the property was nice and looked good the room was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. Also the pool was closed on Monday for 18 hrs and then again on Thursday for “routine” maintenance. We asked before booking if the pool was open and were told only the hot-tub was closed. I have included pictures for proof.

Mixed results with our stay. First the stay is very friendly and helpful. All of our interactions were nothing but positive, so big PLUS there. The property itself is where things are hit or miss. We stayed in Suite 202. Very nice layout and the price we paid for the size of the unit was great. The mattress in the Master bed was comfortable along with the pillows and other bedding. The biggest issue is this property is definitely starting to show it age with wear and tear. I think it could be hit or miss on how the individual owners of the suites are maintaining there units. Ours was not bad, but it definitely needs some TLC + some minor repair and remodeling. Just a simple coat of paint and dry wall work in the bathroom will go along way. My fear is that, until owners start to reinvest and remodel their properties this is going to continue to degrade. Depending on the circumstances we may consider staying again, just because the staff was so pleasant, but most likely we will look for somewhere else to stay on our next trip to Asheville. This is a solid 3.

Dirty bedding, random pool closures with no notice. |The units are condos, and are actually pretty nice, located very close to the Biltmore estate and about 2 miles from downtown.|2 out of 3 beds had actual food in them, the pull out had popcorn and a dirty tissue in it when we opened it up. One of the bedrooms had a nut or something in the bed and I saw a peanut candy wrapper on the floor near the bed! The other bedroom had dirty tissues and a used mask under the dresser.|The front desk was apologetic. But I really don’t feel they made up for it much.|I had read in reviews to call and make sure the pool was open as they had it closed part of summer. I called and was told it would be open, but the hot tub was not. Fine. We went ahead and booked.|2nd day we went all the way up all the many many steps up to the pool only to find a sign “closed for 18 hours”.|I asked the front desk why they wouldn’t give us all notice so we don’t get our kids dressed and their hopes up walking to the pool and it’s closed? Slip notes under the door or send out a mass text!!|The pool reopened the next day. |Our final day we planned to swim in the morning before checking out. Surprise! Pool is closed again. “But don’t worry, I *should* reopen by 4, after routine maintenance”. Check out is at 11, that did us no good. No apology, just that it’s routine maintenance. |Would I stay here again? Maybe if they fix their cleaning issues and become a little more transparent about closing amenities we paid to be able to use. |Note: this place can be booked online directly, thru travel partners, and some are listed on Airbnb. So be aware!

We had some cleaning issues - 2 beds had actual food in them when we turned down the beds. Popcorn and a dirty tissue in the pullout couch. We called the front desk and she was very apologetic and sent up new bedding. It was gross but we just tried to move on. Until I pulled open my bed. It also had what looked like a nut in it! My son is severely allergic. Upon further inspection, there was a peanut candy wrapper on the floor between the bed and night stand!! I called the front desk and again, she was super apologetic and brought up new linens herself. The next day, we get our kids dressed to use the pool. The pool is up at the top, multiple levels of steps. It’s a long hike. We got all the way up there to a sign the pool was closed for 18 hours. This is a big deal since I read reviews and called ahead specifically asking if the pool would be open during our visit. I was assured it would be. Otherwise we were going to stay somewhere else. Closed with no notice. I went to the desk and spoke with Deonte. He was very friendly and Apologetic and had been informed of the cleaning issue. He was empathetic and kind of tried to make it right, but I felt could have done more. I suggested if there are going to be pool closures, at least slip a note to everyone so they don’t get their kids hopes up and walk all the way up there. The hot tub has been closed all week, which we knew since we called in advance. Our check our day, we planned to use the pool before checking out in the morning. Surprise! It’s closed again! Front desk did not apologize and said it’s “routine maintenance, but don’t worry, it’ll probably open by 4.” We check out at 11. The rooms are nice and spacious, and do “appear” clean, but corners are being cut if they are just remaking beds with used bedding. Disgusting! And there was a used mask and tissues under the dresser. See attached photos. The location was in busy area close to the Biltmore estate.

Booked a three bedroom stay for two nights. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Pros: The condo was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Our bedrooms layout was a king, queen and two twins. Kitchen had all the amenities. The deck door had a screen so you can leave the door open. The location was perfect and easy to get to our attractions. Cons: The pool was located at the top of the property. Not easy for someone with limited mobility. The condo phone was not working so we had to call the front desk, we used our cell. The elevators were weird in that we had to go to level three to get to level two, and the restaurant hours were closed while we were there. Overall, I would stay here again.

Wonderful experience!! We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the 2 bedroom suite was in size. The location of the large pool and fire pit was high on the property and quite private...loved them both.

NEVER again. Our room was disgusting. Shockingly dirty. Smelt horrible. Condition of the room was so deplorable. Black mold/residue in the bathroom and kitchen faucet. Floors were extremely dirty. Hair on the living room table. Nastiness on and in the washer/drier. Carpet was gross. I couldn’t even let my baby walk around. Silverware was literally thrown into the drawer. After selling & moving out of our cabin, we were hopeful we’d be able to stay here with our baby for the rest of our time here to celebrate. We have had family stay here in the past and we will never recommend anyone stays here again. We went to the office to get checked in one night before we were ready to stay there. The following day, we arrived & left, within a couple of hours, as soon as we could! I also can’t stop thinking about the disgusting dish towel they stuffed inside of a wine glass for us? Very confusing. I could go on and on but I’m done wasting my time. Don’t waste yours!

This place is most definitely one of the best hotels, the customer service is excellent. Brittany is AMAZING. She’s been nothing but kinda and extremely helpful, she’s gone out of her way to help us with things she didn’t have too. She has been the one has absolutely made our stay wonderful. There has been another women who has worked with Brittany who has also been a great help but we unfortunately did not her name.
