The Reserve Retreat - Restaurant in Sarasota - 1322 N Tamiami Trl, USA

Very nice place. Clean nicely furnished. My only complaint would be don't rent the downstairs unit as the people upstairs can be very noisy in the morning. We stayed two nights and it was very quiet until around 8-9 am. Also, the main dining room should offer more vegetarian options for breakfast. I asked for vegetarian options, and the server replied that there's salad and fruit. She should familiarize herself with vegetarian options available at the other restaurant on the property that rents space from the hotel.

I live in Sarasota, so haven’t stayed here but only eaten brunch and lunch on site. In the cooler weather, brunch outside with live music on a Sunday is lovely. I’ve been with a group of friends in the evening for drinks & appetizers as well. My mom and I ate inside the restaurant recently. Fancy and expensive, but a really sweet & interesting little house. Lovely service. The food was really good! The coffee was delicious! The chef brought us complimentary homemade Italian cookies & limoncello after our meal. The location is great, especially if you’re seeing a show at the Van Wezel. Very small so be sure to get a reservation in that case though.

What a delectable meal! Everything was picture perfect. Delicious, exceptional food expertly prepared; the presentation was flawless and the service impeccable. This was a delightful experience and I highly recommend Chef Antonio's passionate creations. Wishing many blessings and much success to him and his wife!

Very cute, quaint, and clean rooms. Thoughtful touches (like a bottle of wine waiting for you) throughout the entire experience. The owners are excellent communicators. The staff are very friendly. I look forward to my next visit!

We are so happy we stayed here. The price was cheaper than other hotels that we looked at. Such a quaint place. We met friends and they said, good find. We felt like we were at home. Everyone was so friendly. This is a must try if you're in town. Highly recommend!

We stayed at The Reserve Retreat last year for an evening. We were greeted as we arrived with wonderful staff & a bottle of wine for our room. We sat outside our room for dinner and Open Mic night. The food was Amazing, the musicians were of all genres , and at different levels in their careers. It was such a great experience, we vowed we'd be back.|Coming back here was an easy decision. We meet family that are also from Michigan for a wonderful time and once again, Great food and music! Well Done, Chef, Jessica & Sarah!

Charming accommodations in a restored turn of the century house. Our experience was lovely! From the warm, friendly service to the excellent on site dining, I would highly recommend The Reserve Retreat to anyone looking for a getaway with lots of small town character.

This evening I stopped in for an iced coffee & a chocolate. Such a delight! I also was able to enjoy sunset views and banter with the guests, along with the lovely barista Sol. Sidenote: I stayed in the Mable Room back in the fall and thoroughly enjoyed my experience ✨
