The Reserve at Kenosha has a great friendly staff that is very helpful and accommodating to all the needs from move in dates to maintenance to move out. The staff was always amazing. The staff also members my name and face so the first time I walked in after move in they asked me how I was doing and used my name. Maintenance was always very quick to fix even the smallest problem. The amenities are amazing and it is very pet friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at apartments.

It was with great sadness that I had to move out of my apartment at the Reserve. I LOVED my apartment and the people who lived and worked there. I had so much fun at their monthly resident events and felt a genuine care and concern from both the office and the maintenance staff. It was an ideal place to live. I loved the privacy and the quiet. I loved the feeling of safety and security I had there. I loved being close to Woodmans and the easy access to the highways. It is a beautiful place to live and there is no other place like it in Kenosha. Believe me, I looked at all of them!!! I highly recommend giving the Reserve a try, if you are looking for a peaceful, fun, clean, and caring place to live!

Absolutely love the community and the staff is beyond amazing. They offer so many amenities to include a gift wrapping station during the holidays. Kate was awesome and extremely helpful in transitioning apartments when I decided to get a bigger place. Maura was wonderful in showing me new places and even helped me wrap Christmas gifts that I brought in to wrap for my kids 🥰. So thankful to have such a helpful friendly staff that will go out their way to accommodate you and create a family atmosphere!

The walls are thin and you can hear you neighbor move, and the garage below just vibrates your bedroom so you know when your neighbor comes and go. The thin walls of course lead to poor insulation and high electricity bills. Expect close to 300 per month in the winter. But the worst part is the ventilation seems to be wrongly set up due to poor construction, you can smell lots of smoke and sometimes marijuana in your bathroom when your neighbor smokes. Best part is even though this apartment is advertised as no smoking, many smokers live here and management refuses to enforce the lease. I can guarantee you management will only talk to them and do nothing because they want to earn the rent. I have read other reviews say management asks people to leave good reviews for gift card no wonder the reviews are misleading. Speak to a current resident before you sign the lease. I would avoid this place and not be misled by the fake reviews. Few months or a year of stress will cut years off your life.

Best living experience, I have been here almost 4 years. The apartments are like luxury Chicago apartments but without the city price. They are high priced for the area but they are beautiful, right by the highway and all types of shopping. The management staff is awesome and maintenance responds rapidly and do an amazing job. I enjoy living in this great community for 8 months and I decided to move out due to personal budget and I did wish I can stay here longer. The complex is safe and well organized and management is very responsible and helped us resolved my issues immediately. Highly recommend to any new residents to Kenosha

I lived at The Reserve from September 2021 to June 2023. I have since found my forever home close to family. It was my safe haven while going through a difficult time. I always felt safe and a sense of community. They have great amenities! Pools, gyms, and club houses that you can even rent! Dog park and car/ dog washes and valet garbage service. The maintenance staff answer all your questions and are quick to respond. They do safety checks, like check for leaks under sinks, making sure your appliances are running well, checking fire extinguishers and even change furnace filters. ALL the office staff are wonderful especially Laura E. And Kate G! Everyone is professional, friendly and helpful from helping you put in requests, to answering questions and navigating online payments! They organize special events for holidays and add special days just to celebrate the little things in life; chili cook offs, kids day, happy Spring day with plant/flower give aways and getting breakfast to go just to name a few!
