This a family own business and they are always on point about their business Customer service is out of this world They treat everyone the same every day the mannerism doesn’t change the prices of reasonable and they go out their way to make you feel that they’re not taking you to the bank or should I say oh for Cliff thank you much for everything I do for us. I came in with an emergency and was able to get my phone fixed in less than 30 mins! I am not originally from here and broke my phone before my flight back to Minneapolis. I explained what happened and left my phone at the repair lab. I got a call shortly after stopping by that my phone was ready to go, I recommend this establishment 100% for any repair needs 🙌🏾🙌🏾

This place is amazing!!!! Firstly, it smells great😊... I took my son to get his phone fixed after going to another place. The husband and wife were very detailed in explaining the process and breaking it down in simple terms. They genuinely gained my trust before I left the store. THEN, they called before I got home to say it would be ready in 20 mins!!!! 10 🌟

The Repair Lab exceeded expectations! They were able to replace my severely swollen Samsung battery with a genuine Samsung one. Unlike other places I had visited, the repair lab was not only knowledgeable about the issue but also had the expertise to safely remove the battery. Their communication was excellent and they were incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for their expertise and customer care!

They attempted to diagnose my galaxy s9+, which was extremely laggy. This prevented them from being able to tell me what the issue was, but they gave me a run down of potential issues and how much it would cost in each scenario. The were very knowledgeable which gave me to confidence to leave my device with them. I explained that I was most concerned with the photos saved on my phone and less so the functionality of it, but both problems were solved at minimal cost to myself. They made sure to call and confirm their next steps in the repair process to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Really appreciate the folks at The Repair Lab!

Great service! The owners and technicians sre both very knowledgeable about all things related to tech. Additionally they were very patient and I received a Gatorade for the wait! Definitely will be returning!
