The Reef at Seahaven - Hotel in Panama City Beach - 15013 Front Beach Rd, USA

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. The beachfront view is great for the price, however, when we first arrived we went through 3 set of keycards before we could get into our room and that lasted close to an hour. The front desk staff was nice and helpful throughout that process and had maintenance come to our room all to find out our card reader was becoming loose from its place and needed to be lifted up. The room itself isn’t terrible, but can definitely be a lot cleaner. Our bathroom had hair in it from a previous visitor. The door to the balcony needs new weather stripping and was challenging to lock. The location for us was good because it’s close to the places we like to eat but it’s right next to senor frogs and the live music will keep you up all night. You also hear the inconsiderate people outside revving their engines either in the parking lot or the strip at 2 am and it will wake you up. Overall, it did the job but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Right on the beach! The view was beautiful! My husband isn't a beach guy but he was at peace and relax with our stay. Our room was clean. The bed had a dent in the middle but we made it work and comfortable to our setting. The parking is a hassle due to restaurant next door but overall a good stay.

I have to start off by saying I will never stay at a place like this again. The pictures are all wrong they must have been taken years ago when is was remodeled because it was horrible. The description of the room was a ocean view with a balcony Nope it was in ground level with a back patio the you could not even sit out on for the ants and the hot air from the ac blowing on you. The tub bottom was very soft and moving when you stood in it did not feel safe the bed was very lumpy not comfortable at all but we made it work. The refrigerator was broken on the inside very deceitful

Was a bit skeptical after reading some of these reviews but I'm glad I didn't let them stop me from coming. Location: was perfect, busy hotel but plenty of room on the beach and in the pool. Room: my room was very clean, and they had a nice sized fridge to use. A bit older but definitely enjoyed the color on the walls and decorations. The AC worked, which was nice because we had some record hot days. The water in the pool was perfect. Service: the ladies at the front desk were super nice and friendly. About 1 mile away from Pier Park, and Target, Walmart. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only con....they share parking lot with a very popular restaurant....so spots are limited. However, they have additional parking about 1 block away. I'd definitely would stay here again

I honestly loved the place. The location was super convenient for walking to the beach! I had a room on the bottom floor so I was able to immediately walk onto the beach, but if you have a balcony all you’d have to do is walk down the stairs or ride the elevator and then you’re right there. The room was in good condition with everything working properly. I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning parking being inconvenient- and I’m not sure why because the overflow parking is a half a block away and across the road. So unless you don’t like walking anywhere the parking situation is fine. Any time my friend or I had to communicate with the staff they were always super sweet and helpful so no complaints there either. Overall it was a great stay especially for it being so cheap!

I want to start off by sayin I never write reviews. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool was shut down for maintenance My kids are so disappointed. We are staying 5 days and having no pool was the first let down. Our first night here our box spring on one of the beds was broken. My poor elderly mother had to sleep on a broken slope of a bed until they fixed it the next day. A picture on the wall fell on my son’s head from it not having any hooks. The bathtub feels like it’s gonna fall through the floor. And the room smells rotten like cabbage or old trash. And to top it off the parking is a nightmare. We decided not to leave the hotel but only early in the morning in fear of not having a place to park. It’s very noisy at night. We stay on the ground floor and people are yelling banging and being extremely loud at wee hours of the night. The only plus side is the staff is really kind. The location is nice. But this hotel stay is very disappointing and I wish I could be refunded for all the trouble we’ve had. I hope they at least offer a discount for our stay.

We’re currently staying at The Reef in PCB. This is our first night here. I saw all the negative (a few positive) posts about it, but thought we’d give it a try, and see for ourselves. We’ve already found cockroaches in our room, the shower is gross, the lover cabinets in the kitchen area are nasty, the stove head is disgusting, and our tv is terrible quality and keeps cutting in and out of service. The only plus with this place is that it’s the cheapest around with beach front. That’s literally it. Do not recommend.

The price was nice and location right on the beach. Down side the tub was nasty and rusty. The mattress was sunken in the air was barely putting out . The floor had sand every where. The clean up crew and service was the best. This was room 160. No pool no shower if I had a choice to stay at the Reef are in my car I would choose my car.
