I highly recommend staying at the beautiful Ray Hotel! I booked my extended staycation at The Ray for 2 weeks, having never stayed there before, and so glad I did. LINSEY and TIFFANY at the front desk were the best….extremely professional, kind, patient, and helpful to me. PETER at Valet was also great. The hotel lobby, as well as the guest rooms are very clean, the location is fabulous, and the gym is state of the art. The rooftop pool is very nice. I loved eating upstairs at Rosewater Rooftop and Stingers coffee shop in the lobby was great. There are great restaurants in the area as well. All in all, I LOVED my stay at The Ray!

The Ray in Delray is such a beautiful property and centrally located. Just tucked away so its quiet enough but right down the street from the beach and the downtown action. The property itself has great food and beverage options with a beautiful rooftop restaurant and pool. The gym is 24 hours, spacious and has all of the best equipment. The rooms are beautiful be sure to get one with a balcony to relax after a day at the beach! They also have beach service which is a quick 5 minute ride down on the Hotel's buggy and you get towel and beach chairs to enjoy. Tom at front desk was extremely welcoming and kind. I can't wait to have another staycation and look forward to coming back!

The Good-Room was nicely appointed. Breakfast was tasty and the restaurant staff were exceptional.||The Not So Good-Front Desk staff was not welcoming. No room upgrade for Lifetime Diamond Member even though there was availability. Front Desk (absurdly) stated that she did not know how to make a room upgrade. Did her best to say it with a straight face. It would be better to just be honest and say that the hotel chooses not offer upgrades to its most loyal guests.

Every year on my friends birthday 🥳 I book a 3 day and 2 night holiday at the beautiful and magical Ray Hotel in Del Ray Beach.||The reason this hotel is so magical is from the moment you arrive you are greeted with hospitality from|Peter the Bellman. He greets you like you’re family, he actually remembered us from two years ago! He always goes way out of his way to accommodate our every need. What a gentle kind professional man.||Then you have Linsey and Tiffany at the front desk who greet you with a warm welcome! As we all know, how you are greeted when you walk into a hotel sets the mood for your entire visit. These two beautiful ladies went out of their way to make sure our short visit so delightful and pleasant. ||After we settled into our beautiful immaculate room we went upstairs to the Rosewater Roof Top Restaurant where Eddie the bartender delighted us with his charm and delicious liberations. ||That’s where we met Jill the general mgr of the Rosewater restaurant - not only did she greet us personally but she gave each and every guest her personal attention. Her attention to detail, her charm and lovely personality enhanced our experience even more. ||As we were leaving we met Tom, the front desk manager - we were sure to tell him how wonderful his staff is and how they personally each take pride in their jobs which sometimes as you know in some hotels seems like a lost art.||If you need a getaway this is the place to go. Close to all of the many fantastic restaurants and be sure to check out the roof top pool the service is over the top! ||We sadly left hugging everyone, and we are already looking forward to next year’s birthday mini vacation at The Ray Hotel, ||Ciao,|Francesca

This is my favorite hotel! It is gorgeous, the decor is perfect, and the service is wonderful. Tom helped me to decide on having a conference here by showing me all around the property. Tiffany always helps by making sure that I get a room that's perfect for me. Everyone is kind and welcoming and it is bright and airy in the hotel. Food is great as well on the rooftop along with a gorgeous pool and wonderful views of the city. I love coming up here for a staycation when I have time to get away. I've been to a lot of hotels and this one is the best by far in South Florida. Keep on doing an amazing job and thank you always for making my stay wonderful.

Generally speaking, The Ray is fine. Better than fine actually. This was the 3rd time my wife and I chose this hotel for a little staycation and for a 2-night stay, it served it's purposes. The hotel's decor is modern and stylish and the property itself is very nice. Some negatives have been mentioned in other reviews that I'll also echo. The parking charge ($42) is outrageous but not unlike other hotels in the area so be aware of that. In all three stays, I found the front desk to be OK, but certainly not overly friendly. The rooms are also stylish with a decent amount of room but the lack of dresser space is a little bit annoying. Before I get to my major issue with the stay, I will say that in all of our visits to the rooftop restaurant, EVERY SINGLE food and drink item have been excellent. Also, the bartenders and wait staff have all been fantastic. I like the vibe up there and it will continue to be the highlight of our stay. However...I chose to upgrade to a Premier King Bed - Private Furnished Terrace this time since it was a celebration of sorts for my wife and I. I believe the room size for all of the rooms are pretty much the same (unless you upgrade to the suite), but the difference is the balcony. I wanted a little more living space and hoped to use the balcony during our stay so the $50 extra per night seemed worth it for the "furnished" terrace. All pictures I saw had plants, sofa, tables etc so I assumed the same would be provided for our balcony. That was not the case (see pictures + picture on the website of a "furnished" terrace). All in all, had I not had the sour experience of the disappointing balcony, the stay would have been a 4/5. But I feel the extra charge for the balcony was a bit deceitful and certainly not worth it.

The Ray Hotel exceeded my expectations. I spoke to one of the managers Tom. He was absolutely incredible. I was getting married last weekend and he went ahead and upgraded my room to a bigger room. I was in complete disbelief about how beautiful, clean and breathtaking the room was. The staff was absolutely amazing . The day after my wedding we went upstairs to the rooftop where we were greeted by Matthew Moll. One of the managers of the restaurant. He was such a pleasure and took great care of us. The food was unbelievable. I highly recommend The Ray Hotel for all the best services. Thank you to the most incredible staff.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Decorated to the nines, amazing restaurants and food, rooftop pool with a bar and servers. They even give you complimentary chairs with transportation to the beach. The hotel staff here is top notch. Constantly checking on your stay, offering advice and answering questions. When checking in you will definitely want to request Tom, he was so helpful and happy! The bellman Peter is upstanding too! - Thanks for the fun
