This was a wonderful place for my family to stay. It had everything we needed and the beds were big and comfortable! We were able to relax and have a great stay. It was quiet but the location was still close to everything we needed. Would stay here again. Thank you!
I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this property. The property is very skilled at using wording differences to misleading guests, shifting responsibility. There are the bad experience I encountered:||1. Misleading Breakfast Policy: The hotel reservation stated “breakfast included,” but in reality, only one meal is provided per booking, regardless of the number of guests. I reserved for six people ,but only included one breakfast, This is misleading. Additionally, the reservation is nonrefundable, which exacerbates the issue.||2. Inadequate Hot Water Supply: The shower was a little cold, and the hot water ran out quickly. We had to take longer intervals between each person’s shower. I didn't read other people 's review otherwise I wouldn't book this property .||3. Unexpected Fees: If you complete the full payment transaction of reservation by booking.com, property manager will sent you another link to pay extra fee later and then they can provide you with the door code. If you refuse, you will lose all you payment.||4. Poor Location and Room Size: The location is not good, and it is not a luxury hotel. But before it was actually an Airbnb.||5. Room Size: The room size is insufficient to add a rollaway twin bed, making the room so crowded that there is no space to walk. The property states it maximun 6 people stay, in reality two bedroom apartment only fit 4 people. We had to make the twin bed in the kitchen.||This is my experience during my stay. If you don't give a good review after check out, the property manager would ban you and sent message to put you down.
The suite was very clean and super comfortable! Wonderful king size beds and linens were high quality. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved have a dining table that seated 6. We were able to do exactly what we needed to do, from remote work and wedding planning to playing games and, of course, meals. Would definitely stay here again!
Very Disappointing service. My wife had booked a reservation and changed the reservation to a few weeks later, only for the staff to misunderstand and book it for a month earlier, causing us to miss the reservation because it was not the time we had requested. The staff we reached out to in attempt to clear up the issue was very unhelpful and only cared that moving our reservation to the week we wanted was not possible because it would "cause the hotel to lose money." We essentially paid over $700 for multiple nights that we did not use because of their miscommunication. Lyn (the manager) only offered her family discount, which seemed very inconsiderate to only give us an option that would have us spend more money to get the reservation we originally requested. I do not recommend this hotel in good faith as it only cares about company profits and not guest experience.
This is a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it. The price was reasonable. Check in was easy. The accommodations were great. The complex was clean and quiet.
We loved this place!
We stayed here early May, the apartments was clean and beautifully decorated. It felt good being there. The location was perfect.
I called in the day before and the woman who helped me on the phone was SO kind and helpful.
An over all excellent experience, I would recommend this place to everyone!
Thanks!
It was listed on booking.com as a hotel, but it is actually a small apartment complex. Booking was not up front about all the extra fees, so we wound up paying 115% more than advertised with no recourse. That was a bitter pill to swallow. The suite was very nice and attractive. The beds are very high, so as seniors, not that easy to climb into. The bathroom door needed WD40 - the hinges were very noisy. I woke up at 1:15 to the sound of creaking floors. It sounded as though someone was stealthily moving around the apartment. It turned out to be the people upstairs moving around. Better sound proofing between floors would have prevented that. Advertised was free breakfast, but only one was provided for two people. When we left around 8 am, the sprinklers were going and there was no way to get to the car without getting wet. Despite it being an attractive and reasonably comfortable accommodation, we were very disappointed with our stay.
This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location. Check in was easy. Gave us coupons for free pizza, breakfast, and frozen yogurt. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Great price!! We loved it!
This was my first time traveling to this part of the state of Idaho and I chose this hotel because of its good reviews on Google and its excellent price. Upon arriving, I was pleased with my first impression: friendly and attentive staff, clean lobby
This was by far THE BEST BBQ I've had in Idaho! Thick cut brisket mixed with delicious homemade sauces! Flavor was perfection. The owner Aaron takes pride in his work and it shows in the product!! Definitely became my favorite after one bite!
We had the BEST time as a family driving through the reserve. Itâs conveniently located, easy to find and access. The variety of foxes was astounding, some being the last of their kind globally. The wolves and bears were so close to our car but wer
It was super fun. The staff was super nice especially Riley and Hayden. (I hope thatâs their names). They gave us special tips on how to throw and gave us special weapons to throw. 10/10 experience would totally recommend to anyone thatâs wants a
The Emfield family is the best family to learn Jiu-jitsu from! They are kind and know what they are doing. If you are a beginner, you could not ask for a better team to teach you.
Unexpected surprise air museum in Rexburg, many flight worthy aircraft and an amazing collection of historic military items. Saturdays only when we were there
The place is the real deal and is our go-to spot when we're passing through the area. Prices are great. Toppings are top notch. Crust is AMAZING. Everything is made to order in their wood burning oven. the dessert pizzas are unreal... Also, as if the
Very beautiful, peaceful garden. We loved it
It's such a nice campus, too. It has lots of seating areas all around the garden for the students, that's awesome ðð
A fun Island-themed drink+desert shop. It's assorted soda, Italian ice, and custard. Cookies and cream custard is good stuff! Service was fast, and the indoor lawn chairs make a great spot to sit and talk with friends.
