The Rabbit Hole is a restaurant you must try! Everything about our experience was five stars, hands down. When we arrived for our reservation we were seated in a high traffic area. I asked our waitress if there were any other tables in a quieter area of the restaurant and she went out of her way to find us one no questions asked. I had the Duck and my wife had the Filet. Both dishes were delicious! We will definitely be returning to the Rabbit Hole very soon.
Delicious meal, amazing service, and delicious food. Entrance looks like a subway entrance and upon entering you’re greeted by friendly staff and cozy ambiance. There are a wide range of seating style from high table top to booth cushion seat. Our waitress is very friendly and make great recommendation. We were a group of 3 and a friend in the group is vegan - we were impressed with range of vegan options for appetizer and entree and was glad we could order something the whole table can share. Food is big portion size. Only comment is I wish we were informed the bread with pasta is extra ($6) as we though it was complimentary like in Italian restaurant when we were asked if we wanted it and it wasnt listed as extra cost/option on the menu.
I was looking forward to going to The Rabbit Hole with my husband, and was unfortunately a bit disappointed. The atmosphere was probably the best part of the entire experience. The low lights and the setting gave a really nice vibe. We were the first to arrive with reservations and five tables received their food before we did. The waitress seemed like she was having a bad day from the get go. She was rude and snappy and honestly we felt like she forgot we were there. The food was the most disappointing part. My husband and I are not picky eaters at all and love everything. But when you have a restaurant that has such high ratings, expectations are high. Most of the food was bland with little flavor. If we knew how it was going to taste we could have made the same meals at home, only better. The soup and bread appetizer was delicious.
Honestly, just going to the place and having a drink would be worth it. But we were able to get a reservation and have dinner to celebrate my birthday on a trip to Colorado Springs with my daughter. I was afraid I was at the wrong place at first. My daughter had found it online when researching things to do in the area. And it was one of the three things she wanted to do while we were in the area. What a cool place! And it was such a trip. I definitely recommend.
I would like to clarify that we have not personally consumed any food or beverages at this location; however, we have received positive feedback from reliable sources who have partaken in the offerings and highly recommended them. One of the most remarkable aspects of this lounge is its entrance, which closely resembles that of a subway station, as evidenced in the accompanying images. Despite this rather unassuming facade, the venue itself is a trendy and inviting space. Upon descending the entrance, one is immediately met with the bar area, which boasts seating options on both sides of the bar, including tables and booths. During our visit, the venue was bustling with patrons, and every available seat appeared to be occupied, which ultimately prevented us from staying. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was undeniably impressive. Overall, we believe that this venue is an excellent choice for a thrilling night out. We have heard from reliable sources that the food choices are also well worth sampling, and we look forward to returning to do so ourselves. In conclusion, we highly recommend this venue, as it is an experience not to be missed.
I ordered a mojito and the chicken cordon bleu, my husband ordered the white rabbit and the bison ribs. The experience was incredible and food was beyond amazing. We were so grateful we could celebrate our special day at the rabbit hole! They were even able to prepare a special note for us upon my request. We will be back very soon!
This place was everything we expected and more! We had a group of 4 and all were happy with our experience. The food and presentation was great. The drinks were delicious. The atmosphere and artwork were exceptional. I would definitely recommend the Rabbit Meatloaf and the Sticky Ribs.
A must try when in The Springs! Definitely RSVP in advance, especially on the weekends. Atmosphere was on theme and cozy - definitely had the speakeasy feel. Service was friendly but felt just a bit rushed out towards the end. Angus Ribeye = 9/10 - hefty portion size and juicy - could’ve used a bit more seasoning. Mashed potatoes were *chefs kiss. Asparagus was good but could’ve been cooked for a tad longer. Braised short rib = 9.5/10 - again, mashed potatoes were to die for! Carrots were well done and braised short rib was perfection. Fell off the bone so easily and flavor was on point. Only wish is that I had more of it. The “T” Party = 9/10 - super smooth and a great twist on the classic margarita. Amaretto Sour = 8/10 - good, not too sweet or sour but not the best. personal preference: wish there was more egg white Carrot Cake = 8/10 - good, not too sweet, good size for 2 of us, but have had better.

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didnât get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
