The Promenade Apartments at Pinnacle Hills - Apartment rental agency in Rogers - 4101 W Huntington Dr, USA

The Pinnacle Hills location is nestled right in the heart of Rogers metro area. One can jump bike trials, shop at the mall, or have dinner at any number of upscale restaurants nearby. Management as well as the facilities are extremely nice. Maintenance calls are handled promptly and professionally. I've enjoyed living here for 4 years now! Definitely recommend a hard look!

I just passed my boards so my fiance and I are relocating to NWA for my job. We drove in from Jonesboro over the weekend and had set up tours to 9 different apartment complexes (located in Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville) - after concluding all our tours, we both agreed that The Promenade Apartments at Pinnacle Hills was our top choice and submitted an application. Special thanks to our point of contact, Kendal! She was so professional, warm, knowledgable, and kind!

Apartment is generally nice and well located. The only drawback so far would be the internet. Currently the only option is through AT&T fiber. After a week of working with AT&T customer service, still not connected. Going to have to go with a T-Mobile 5g router to get internet at this point.

I absolutely love living at The Promenade Apts at Pinnacle Hills. I needed to move in fairly quickly six months ago. This amazing Staff worked closely with me to ensure that my move from out-of-state was a completely stress-free and pleasant experience. My 3-bedroom apt was move-in ready, all my needs were met, and it feels like home. I have had only 2-3 minor maintenance requests and the really nice maintenance team were quick to get here and fix the issues. The grounds are also kept up beautifuly. I have already recommended The Promenade a few times.

Although we have only recently moved in, it is evident we made a great choice in choosing to move to the Promenade Apartments. Our move from Oregon meant all details were completed online. The process went smoothly, and we were able to choose our unit and do a virtual tour on the website. The office staff is friendly and always available to answer our questions. The maintenance crew has also responded quickly to set up our security system and help with a minor circuit breaker issue. Our apartment was freshly painted, the carpets appear to be new, and everything was in perfect condition when we moved in. It looked just as good in person as it did in the virtual presentation. We are eager to take advantage of the many amenities here as soon as we get finished with our unpacking.

Easy and quick application and approval process, staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are promptly handled, had our air conditioner go out on a HOT weekend and they were there within an hour to get it fixed. We like the fun events they have, ice cream sundae party was so delicious! Quiet and well maintained surroundings with a nice pool and common areas.

The Promenade Apartments at Pinnacle Hills are very clean around the property and also on the inside of the apartments. Management are great to work with. We are hoping to make this our home very soon.

Pretty cool place, close to many trails with nice amenities. Its smaller than some other locations but that makes it better as well. The location is why I got in here and the apartment being brand new helps a lot. Nice pool and gym, again smaller but good.
