I personally live at the preserve and I can say it is a great experience. The staff is very informative and helpful with information. Maintenance is very timely with their arrival and diligent with their work. The people who work at the front desk, like Ms. Gray are very approachable and personable. My time here has been amazing and I would recommend anyone to live here if you have the means to to do so!
