Disappointed…I typically love this place. Ordered 12a with no lettuce or tomatoes and got both. Can live with that, but can’t live with the taco meat this time.
First time visiting this place on recommendation from local hotel staff. Couldn’t have been happier. Price was cheap, food quantity was plentiful, and speed of service was lickity split! Will be coming back when visiting Amarillo!
This is a great little place with spuds and hot dogs. I got the #10 which is potato, butter, sour cream and bacon and I added chili. The potato was cooked perfectly. Basically, You can build your own spud! It’s a great place for take-out with a drive through window. There is an outdoor seating area too. Fast service with a small dine-in area. Large portions.
The owner is an amazing man great place to eat DURING THE DAY ! came In Wednesday night and the girls were very rude. I guess they think it’s okay to laugh at their customers as they did us.. I would highly recommend this place but not at night time when the staff is very rude! The environment is very different from when the owner is there he makes you feel comfortable while the night staff makes you very uncomfortable

My first impression what that they sold french fries but when I pulled up to the menu it was potatoes. I ordered the #7 nacho cheese and broccoli, it didn’t disappoint. Waited less than 2 minutes after ordering my food. The box weighed about a pound or so. It was really good.
I love Potato Factory! Their attitude is ALWAYS pleasant and the prices are reasonable. The employees make you feel valued as a customer. They are efficient and make your day better! Best in town.
Everything I get is very affordable and service is quick and delicious. I cannot comment on atmosphere, as I've only ever used the drive-thru.
