Just moved to the area & started work in the local area and was scouting for a new spot to do luncheons, etc and we were impressed by the kitchen hours at this place. You walk in and you are immediately greeted by overly bright lights and a mix of overwhelming sounds from the overhead system and the TVs, very conflicting. Found a spot at the bar - bartender didn’t even greet us, manager or sweaty rude guy finally grabbed us a few drinks and vocally passed us off to the next person, to later become their burden.. it quickly became obvious that if you aren’t a regular here, you aren’t getting much for service. But how to become a regular? Tried to spark up a convo to see what the show is about or just to move on with our now questionable dining experience. Took the gal’s recommendation and went for the $17 wings. Size does matter & that’s hardly a lb. Drinks finally arrived (after everyone else in the restaurant received what they needed, the cooler was stocked, etc.) Hell, even the girl “bragging’” about her earnings for the night had a chance to get a drink in before we got ours… anyways, went out to check out the seating outside (future plans brewing) and when we quickly returned, our drinks had been cleared. 24 mins later we were able to ask for our food to go. 12 mins later she realized we didn’t have drinks. We get our now TO GO food & We tried to pay, she couldn’t even get that task taken care of until she had a 21 min convo with the bar regulars. I don’t know what else to say besides there are plenty of places to go for slightly above par pub fare. Only perk is you get to take your drink cup home. Rightfully so after the fight you have to put up for one. Samantha BADLY needs to learn her steps of service. We were very obviously NOT welcomed there and We will most definitely not be returning. Not shocked it wasn’t busy.

The service has been great, they just opened up not that long ago, so they are still missing some food items from the menu, at least when I was there. Everyone was very friendly and that makes the whole experience better. Updated 9/26/2023 No longer missing any food items. They are up and running smoothly. Quality and service is great. Nice outdoor seating. Everything I had is awesome, but I have a new favorite, the Southwest Chicken salad. It's a little inconsistent sometimes. Sometimes there's plenty of toppings, sometimes it's a lot of lettuce. The jalapeno ranch seems like there is no consistent recipe either, as sometimes it's very hot and other times it's a little hot. I roll the dice everytime. It's not some big box chain, so everything isn't standardized across the board. Be aware that not everything is listed on the menu, and you use a QR code to go a little more in depth. I'm Gen X, and I think this is a little annoying. I still like a real menu and I would consider myself heavily tech savvy. I don't like to alternate between a menu that includes some items and my phone. These would be my only gripes, otherwise this is our new go to. Quality and conveniently located.

Every single time I have ordered take out from this restaurant something is wrong. My wife went to pick it up and there was no chili with the "Chili Mac and Cheese Bites". Which wouldn't have been much of an issue, since they did get it for her, but they also forgot to put beer cheese on the "Beer Cheese Cheese Steak". This place is ok if you are ordering inside but you need to double and triple check your order if you ever decide to do carry out.

Our server was amazing. The atmosphere was great. Every night of the week, they seem to have some kind of special going on, which is really neat. The wings were delicious, the pizza was standard sports bar pizza, and the fried Brussels sprouts - I could go without, I prefer baked. All in all, great experience and we will be back.

Atmosphere was great. tons of TVs and there's not really a bad seat in the place. food was just ok. cold fries, small salad portion for a meal and generally just underwhelming overall our server was a bit unattentive , however , she was otherwise friendly and courteous. place looked well staffed and not overly busy for a mid Sunday afternoon the cups are great, LOL! our visit was a few weeks after opening and we certainly took that into consideration. we'll def give it another try as it may have been attributed to new staff and the newness of a recently opened B&G great location and atmosphere. would really love to love this place!

Definitely the top place in Lake St. Louis to get a bite to eat, or a few beverages (their cheesesteak lineup is unbeatable, there are more than listed on the menu, just scan the QR code). Atmosphere is sports oriented and family friendly, tons of tvs. Staff from hostesses, waiters, bartenders and management know what they are doing and do not disappoint. If you have not been, get there!

I was greeted by a friendly hostess upon entering and was seated. Our waitress approached us immediately and was very sweet and took our drink order promptly then our food order once we figured out what to get because there were so many choices! I tried a cheese steak (with no bun/low carb) with brussel sprouts and my daughter got the farm burger. The food came quickly and it was hot and had great presentation. Tasted great! I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of the food. Top notch. We will definitely be back!! So glad to have The Post in St Charles County!!!

Love this area. However, I find it hard to get into certain food places. Streets are not direct to food service. If you live here I suspect you are use to it, but not living there I don't get some food items because of difficulty getting in and out o
