I cannot say enough good things about this community! My family recently relocated permanently to Pensacola and had researched a lot of different communities to live in until we could purchase land and build our new home. We finally decided on the Porte at Pathstone and could not be happier with our choice. From the beginning of the application, Adrianna was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, even altering a move-in date to accommodate our moving schedule. The community is spectacular and the amenities are top-notch. It truly gives off positive vibes for any current or potential residents. Just as with any community you’re going to have residents that may not care as much about their environment i.e. leaving dog poop on the grass, not cycling the garbage compactor, parking like jerks, but those are things you’re going to find everywhere… A huge selling point for us was the community events that are put on every month. There is an on-site resident team (husband & wife) who diligently put on multiple events every month for the residents to enjoy. The property managements gracious allocation of these funds truly do make a huge impact on the community morale. I highly recommend anyone considering living in the area and looking for a new community to check out this one!
The entire staff at The Porte are nice, helpful and I love the environment. Vivian made our decision to move here an easy and smooth transition. We love it already. Definitely 10/10 experience.
This place is AMAZING! We have been here two months now and could not be happier! I researched A LOT of apartment complexes before moving to Pensacola and The Porte is hands down the best! They are a positive and friendly staff (which quite frankly the other ones we toured were not) they keep and maintain this place and make it into a lovely environment that we don't want to leave. From such a long move away from home we weren't really sure what to expect but they have exceeded our expectations! This place is quiet and a little oasis away from town. The pool is amazing, we have found a new love of the gym and a coffee machine each morning makes our family very happy. We absolutely love it and are excited to spend many more years here. This sweet spot has blessed our family with smiles, snacks and food trucks. Well done Porte at Pathstone, you have our highest praise!
I've been living here 10 months. Adriana worked with me and assisted me with moving from another state. She made me feel very comfortable and was very flexible with me. Some of the positive aspects of this complex: It is tucked away Into the woods, therefore it is away from the street and tends to be a quieter location, the highway is around the corner, some stores nearby, the apartment is very modern, the maintenance men are very professional and efficient, general office staff are very kind and the resident activities are so so much fun! The negative aspects of living here: The walls are very thin you can hear everything around you, after 5 pm the parking will be very Limited, after 10pm good luck finding a parking space, things are constantly breaking such as the fire pits, the pool heater, and grills. Things take an awfully long time to get fixed because they are waiting on warranty parts. I feel like when I address some of my concerns, the responses from management could be more professional. We have 2 consistent maintenance men however, we have not been able to retain a ground's person. Overall, I would say I had higher expectations due to the cost it takes to live here.
Beautiful property. Apartments are much larger than any I’ve seen in Pensacola. Front office staff is phenomenal and super friendly! Cant beat the location, just far enough away to have the country feel but only 30 seconds from the interstate!
Everything was perfect from first visit to move in. The management and staff are so nice and very available and helpful. The apartment complex itself feels more like a spa resort. The grounds, the pool, and the pond are kept clean and meticulous. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Just moved into the apartment and everything has been great. However, I am disappointed with the fact that the apartment I moved into was filthy. I had to clean up after the stranger who lived here before me. This really bothered me. I wanted to move in and maybe sanatize, but not do a full deep clean because the person who lived here before me didn’t clean up after themselves. There was food on the cabinets, hair and just icky resadue in the sink and shower. The floors were disgusting. I had to mop over the floors multiple times to get the dirt and sticky resadue out. I was told the apartment was going to be cleaned, which is what I would expect from such a nice complex. I am not sure what happed with the cleaning department. Other than that, I am looking forward to the next year here. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The staff has been helpful and kind, and I feel safe living here.
Absolutely amazing staffed, fast efficient, answered all my questions! So friendly, love your fur babies just as much as you do! Would highly recommend!! Vivian has been amazing to work with especially with the stress of moving! She’s been super helpful!

Super convenient for your downtown needs, candy, soda, beer, and snacks. They have people food and pet food. I have always had super friendly service, and they even have an ice cream/soda counter. I recommend going.
This place was a gem my husband suggested we go. It's on the side of a gas station. The shawarma tasted incredible. We initially ordered a falafel wrap and were so impressed with the taste that we ordered a second shawarma- the classic shawarma as th

This was my first time stopping by this food truck. To often when someone advertises New Orleans style anything I am often disappointed. NOT this time! I felt like I was back home in New Orleans. The bread was what I was used to from New Orleans cri
