Quaint hotel. This hotel did not disappoint. The Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was very clean especially the bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable. It's located within walking distance to some attractions and the shopping district. Will definitely return for another visit.

We had a great overnight stay at the Port Inn, on our way from north AL to Tampa.|The Inn is an older but very nicely re-done facility. The entire place is beautifully decorated and comfortable. |The staff was great and exceptionally helpful. There are some nice restaurants, waterfront park and shops in walking distance.|We are looking forward to a return visit.

We absolutely love the Inn at Port St. Joe and its adorable cottages! We stayed there one night last year and knew we would make it our spot for an extended trip and already plan to stay longer for next year's scalloping trip. We love the central location and being close to everything in the adorable down town. We love the quality of the toiletries in the cottages and the breakfast was simple but delicious (I had the biscuits and gravy). Last year we had a cottage by the pool and this year we were in one facing the main road and the boat ramp - both are awesome views and location. See you all next year or maybe even sooner!

Loved this place. Took away one star because housekeeping used their key and walked in on us after we checked in without knocking first and announcing "housekeeping" prior to entering. Fortunately we were both fully clothed and no harm done. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a quick weekend for a wedding we were in town for in the regular hotel area and was quite impressed with the room. Very spacious and super clean! Close to everything nearby as well. Definitely a nice little getaway.

Cute inn. We stayed two nights, the week of open season for Scalloping. Very good breakfast, above average. Snacks and beverages available for purchase. Easy check in/out. Quick walk to the dock. Walking distance to eat and drink. Glad we stayed here. We will definitely book for next year.

I stayed here on business. My first contact with Vicky at the front desk was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. Very satisfied with every aspect of my stay. Thank you to the GM for your staffs attention to every detail.

I never once told you our stay was great. We checked out at noon and spoke to someone else of your staff prior to leaving since we found out from neighbors that our power was back on and was told we would receive a refund. Our neighbors even know we were home by 1pm. Lying here as a manger doesn’t make you look good. We are good people who don’t deserve this at all. We will never stay with you guys again. First of all there were toenail clippings on top go comforter and the room smelled bad upon waking in cottage 3. We were told by a manger while only needing 1 night from hurricane threat Idalia that we should book 2 nights and they would refund the other night if we didn’t need it. I received 2 phone calls after we left. 1 said we would get a refund and then the next stated we would not and still be charged for a night we didn’t even stay. Poor communication and gouging people leaving for storms. I don’t recommend staying here. I never once told you our stay was great.
