We had a wonderful time staying at the Porch! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Their suggestions were spot on and the went out of their way to help both before and after our stay. Communication was excellent. The location is away from the hustle of Duval St which was great since it provided a quiet and calm spot for us. The room was in great condition as was the entire building. You can tell they go out of their way to keep everything in tip top shape. We stay in the Conch room which had access to the balcony as well. Another great feature. All in all, we wish we could have stayed longer. We were treated well and the building and room were in excellent condition. If we ever return to Key West, The Porch will be near the top of our list. Definitely recommend!

There aren’t enough wonderful things we can say about The Porch. We stayed here back in Sept 2023. Immediately after arriving, we felt like we knew Jeff forever!! Jeff welcomed us with a huge smile and got us settled immediately. We specifically reserved the room with the two rocking chairs on the porch in hopes of being able to enjoy them in the evenings, of which we did! Just perfect! The Inn was spotless, no complaints there. Located in the perfect place, a bit of a walk to the hustle and bustle, especially if it’s super hot out. However, there are plenty of shops and restaurants literally right near the Inn. I felt super safe there as well! Jeff gave us local recommendations for food, accommodated us with beach towels, etc. just an overall great host. We 100% will be staying there again, soon hopefully ! And highly recommended the Porch on Frances.

This was by far the best find in Key West. I booked last minute then had to change my dates, called the hotel and they did this without question. I got there a day early and they also added on an extra day for me and my room is ready way earlier than expected. The owner Jeff is very friendly and welcoming. The whole staff is very attentive. The entire place is beautifully renovated, clean and has many amenities and they can find whatever you need if you have forgotten something or needed something. Rider was absolutely fantastic. She rented me a bike, gave me a map, had all the good spots and even introduced me to some people willing to take me around town. I will absolutely stay here every time I’m in Key West. We had a very rainy day and they had umbrellas available. They’re very accessible by phone or text and somebody is always in the office. It’s a super safe area, however, accessible to the marina and most everything is in walking or bike distance. I cannot say enough about this property and 10 out of 10 will recommend to everyone.

We had a fantastic experience during a recent stay for a short weekend at The Porch on Frances! Check in was a breeze (we arrived after 8pm, it took less than 3 minutes to get into our room) and instructions were clear for our late arrival. Our room was upgraded due to construction in our originally booked room, but the room was lovely. We had a nice sized Queen bed, living room area and private bath. We also had a huge semi private porch overlooking the beautiful tree outside our windows. Room was equipped with a safe, coffee + Keurig, water and an ice machine, which was perfect for our needs. The concierge Ryder was also amazing! Incredible suggestions for food, biking and a sunset cruise that was perfect. I would highly recommend this location and inn if you're looking for a non-traditional stay in Key West, in a quieter area of town, still close to plenty of neighborhood gems! We biked daily everywhere we went and the bikes were dropped up and picked up at the Inn. Incredible customer service - thank you! We will be back.

I love this place. This was my second stay. It’s clean (Luba does an amazing job). The rooms are comfortable and decorated with character (no generic hotel-style furniture here). Rider worked the front desk and she was so helpful with anything we needed including ideas for activities in Key West during our 4-day stay. Sure, it’s a few blocks off of Duval but there are beautiful homes and gorgeous gardens to enjoy on your walk. Jeff truly has a great place.

Rider, the property manager, is very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and professional. The location is perfect, minutes from all the best that Key West has to offer. Stayed three nights, before returning home yesterday. The room was immaculate, the building is well maintained and cared for, the area of the hotel is very quiet and accommodating. I plan on staying here again in the future. Thanks again, Rider, for your help and service with a smile!

Very quaint. King size bed. Fridge in the room. Remodeled bathroom and A/C held at 68. Nice!!! Walkable to all activities and our host Ryder was the best. A great home away from home. The porch is great for resting before retiring to the room however beware of the rooster that will awake you at 7 after a long night

I almost don't want to write a review. As I consider this our hidden secret! There is no place on the island that is as exceptional as this! Far enough from Duval street to be private and to get away from it all. Close enough to get there in a few minutes walk! The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated! And then there's Rider.... There is no one like her. She is so VERY helpful and just about the kindest person you will ever meet! She has so much knowledge about the area and even offers concierge services for the entire area. Well now the secret is out! Paradise on earth! A must place to stay while in Key West.
