i have always loved this place and order often. so often that i gathered enough points for a free meal. I went to redeem it on the app but ran into a glitch so i called the store. i fully expected to be told too bad but that wasn't the case. the manager Anthony, went above and beyond. he apologized profusely for the issue, had me send my order to him via text, and came to deliver it to me himself. if that's not the best service ever i don't know what is. i can't speak more highly of this place and their staff!!
This should be your default poke place in Tampa! Can't heap enough praises about this restaurant-- my elderly friend wanted to try something new and the staff guided her through the process of creating her own bowl while answering every question she had. They also gave her bottled water without charge as she was very insistent about not using the dispenser machine, saving me the trouble of going to publix. Regarding my order, the food quality was superb. Fresh fish and vegetables and the portions were good. Savory but not over the top salty. If I ever make it back to Tampa, this will be my first stop for food. Love from Singapore!!!
I saw the reviews were good so maybe this was just an off night. I ordered a delivery for a spicy ahi bowl and a spicy ahi roll. The rice in the bowl was under cooked and the ahi in both the bowl and the roll smelled and tasted foul. Didn’t eat any of it. I’ve been eating ahi my entire life as I’m from Hawaii and grew up on it so I do know when something is off. Really disappointed.
Absolutely delicious! Both salmon and tuna were high quality and generously proportioned. Great selection of toppings and delicious sauces. Brisk lunch take-out trade and comfortable seating too.
Had a major issue with Uber eats. Salina so so helpful the entire time. The team has offered to hand deliver the order for me. Over the top kindness. Thanks again.
The poke wrap is great. Their other wraps and bowls are good too. I enjoy getting food here. The only downside is the lack of parking. It’s more for those who live in one of the many large apartment buildings in the area. I would highly recommend getting food here even if you have to walk a block from where you park.
This restaurant was amazing. First time here and I will definitely be back when I come back in town. The food is so fresh, ordered steak and chicken bowl. With teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. Wow, so flavorful. I didn’t know how to order so staff was very helpful and got me exactly what I need it! Thanks Anthony!
We went the 1st day it opened at the The Hub at Bexley! Beautiful location. Staff was friendly & plenty of people working. The bowls were delicious. Highly recommend & we will go back!
