The Pointe Cabot - Apartment complex in Cabot - 3001 W Main St, USA

We have been living at The Pointe for nearly two years now and we are about to re-sign our lease for the third time. We live in a 3bd 3ba which is more like a house than an apartment. Very spacious for my family of 4. I also love that we are given the option to rent a garage, which we do, for added storage (on top of the closet on our patio). We have always felt extremely safe in our community to the point that I will jog around the complex with my ear buds in at any time of morning/afternoon. And I am even training for my first 5k in our gym here, which I absolutely love. We are so enamored with management's enthusiasm for attention to detail with taking care of upkeep for the property. The grounds are meticulously manicured. We know the landscapers at this point who are here every week. And they are very sweet and thoughtful people when around the cars and patios etc. Staff has become like family who have watched our kiddos grow up! Miss K has been here with us since we toured and got placed on the wait list and we are so thankful that she's still here! There is a reason why there is usually a wait list! It's worth the short wait, believe me!

The office staff is literally the dream team and were amazing at making this easy. We had a ton of questions and were so quick to answer them. Moving in was a breeze and it feels like a dream to live in a nice and safe environment. Everything is clean and is kept clean which makes it even nicer. Coffee in the main building is definitely a bonus. I will never recommend a place more than here

Ive lived at the Pointe for 2 years now and about to extend my lease again. My son and I love living here. K' in the front office is so sweet and nice , my son loves her because she always has candy. Also, the maintenance guy Robert is super helpful and quick to fix any issues that we may have. Strongly suggest living here.

I love living at The Pointe! It’s a peaceful and kind neighborhood. K has been so helpful to me, as I’ve been in the processes of switching units due to health concerns. She’s taken her time and made sure I can feel happy in my home. I’m incredibly grateful to live here and the apartments are beautiful!

3 years of living here was a great start for when I moved back into the US. The staff are awesome, the apartments are great looking. I'll call out K for being such an awesome agent to. I arrived when she first started there and have grown an awesome friendship since. Much appreciated yall!

Tennille has made feel right at home even before I moved here last month assisting me with any questions or concerns I have had. She goes over and beyond for the residents here, and I appreciate all that she does. Keep up the great work lady!

Beautiful property that is gated and very well kept. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. They have a beautiful pool area with cabanas, grilling stations with beautiful grills and equipment, a decent gym and clubhouse. A nice quiet community! Would definitely recommend!
