I loved everything about the property!! Very quiet and clean. The newly renovated Apt home looks amazing! Almost like a mini house ☺️ last but definitely not least. Maggie is extremely nice , sweet and very professional!! She took her time with touring the property. Thanks Maggie!! Glad I chose Highland Pointe to become my new home 🏡

This place gave me the run around. I applied in September with a move in date of October 1st, 2023. I was told they didn't have anything available for that date. Then I said November 1st. I was told they had to do a background check, I'm like ok no problem, I've passed a federal background so this is easy peasy. 2 weeks pass I hear nothing. I called and called and called. Finally on Sept 29th, I go to the office and was told they had something ready for October 1st. I told her I couldn't move that quick and that she had promised me apt #36 for Nov 1st. She said the lady was still in that apartment and was going to move but they didn't know when. So, I said just call me when you get something. Went back up there after calling numerous of times with no answer to see if they needed anything else from me during the week of Christmas, and was told no. Finally got a call this month (Jan) to see if I was still interested, I said yes. Asked what did I need to do and was told nothing just to get a call back stating I had to redo my application because it's been over 90 days. I just left in Dec asking if I needed to do anything. Called cause I couldn't find the online application, no answer so I went to fill it out in person. Asked again was it anything else I needed to do and was told no, they had to do a background check. Called again today 1.24.24 and was told they didn't have anything available even though I was supposed to be moving February 1st because this was the date I told them in Dec when I went up there and reiterated it when i completed the application. I specifically asked her should I now give my 30 day notice to the place I'm at when I went to talk to her in Dec and was told yes. She said somebody else filled their application out online and beat me to the apartment. Thank God the place im living at now begged me to stay, otherwise, me and my 75 year old mother with dementia would be homeless. I kept saying I felt like they were scamming ppl out their little application fee monies. Thank God it's against the law for them to collect application fees now. I chose this place because of the wonderful reviews, now I'm beginning to believe those were all staged reviews to make them stand out from the rest. If this one actually gets posted and not deleted, I'd be surprised but this won't be my only place to inform people.

I would not recommend at all neighbors robbed us some years ago. The manager knew who did it. You are not safe it's no security the gate stays broken. Management is a hot mess was not dependable at all. Would never live there ever.

Sharon Sampson was patient, informative, and very polite; wearing a genuine smile throughout our tour! However… The apartment was said to be newly renovated. However, one can see that 1. There were no renovations worth mentioning due to what needed to be fixed/ replaced after our move in, or 2. The renovations were rushed and management were not on top of their maintenance team (which is a one man band) to make sure what was “said” to be done actually was done. We were promised a refrigerator with an ice maker… Still waiting on “parts” or a replacement of our refrigerator. To fix/correct a physical issue due to cabinet rot over the dishwasher (which was due to the dishwasher being installed incorrectly), tape was placed over the rotten wood. The flooring is coming up in the kitchen/dining area, and also in the master bedroom. There’s no cabinet or counter space. I can’t say that we will be renewing our lease.

I read a lot of the reviews before going out to these apartments. I met Mrs. Maggie, she was sweet, kind and very helpful. I had been praying about this move. It made since when I met Mrs. Maggie. I’m excited to move here. I know I will be taken care of as a tenant. Mrs. Maggie Thank you so much for your kindness. You are a Jewel!

Ms. Sharon is absolutely amazing! I went to help my friend find an apartment and now I’m considering breaking my lease to come. The units are so spacious and definitely cost effective.

Loved my 8 year living experience here, I have zero complaints to give! Would highly recommend to family & friends..
