The setting and the location are great. But the staff there are absolutely amazing! They are so responsive and proactive and usually have issues handled before I even notice. Coming from the Midwest, we have really enjoyed the pool. It feels like you’re in a resort! The layout of the living room in between the two bedrooms really works for us. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for comfort and convenience.

New resident and extremely happy with my entire experience. From my leasing agent Michelle Lepore, to my beautiful apartment, friendly neighbors, excellent upkeep of the grounds. This place is perfect, the gym and steam room are amazing, including the group yoga room. This is my first time living in an apartment and I’m loving it. Right now I have no complaints! Well worth every penny, the experience alone, they treat you phenomenally!!

We will be moving from the point shortly to go closer to family. Our stay here was nothing short of excellent. The service and maintenance team are excellent, any issues and they are out right away and they work extremely hard. Michelle and Greg is the leasing office have been incredibly professional and never let a concern or phone call go unanswered. The point has a very special place in our families heart and we will miss it. Thanks you for everything!

I’ve lived here twice now- once last year and then again this year. The process to move in is made incredibly easy (I have always had Michelle, so nice!!) especially if you’re out of state! This place is beautiful. Not only do you have the pool, which is like a hotel style beautiful pool, but you also have a lot of space. I run outside daily and the surrounding area is so close to parks and dog parks and the neighborhood is safe! In addition to that, I’m also so close to all of the important stores (Lowes, Publix, Walmart, hobby lobby, CHICK FIL A!!!). It’s honestly the perfect place to live. Not to mention being about 20 minutes from the ocean! You literally cannot beat that. And with hurricane season, you’re not too close where you’ll blow away. The sliders and windows in the apartments are also hurricane safe! Anyway, I keep returning because my dog and I love it here so much! The volleyball courts and gym and the awesome grills. It’s basically a paradise in paradise!

Moved here a while ago. I love how the apartments look inside as well as the environment of this community. There are some things I don’t like, such as: you can hear when people go down the stairs as well as when they shut their door hard. Also I wish there was a dog park, because it seems like there are more dogs than toddlers here(the small park for toddlers only). It also seems like dog owners with bigger dogs do not pick up after their dog which is interesting.. considering it is quite obvious to see. Other than those dislikes, I like it here and it’s pretty.

I have been here 3 years. The team is extremely responsive and professional. They do a great job of offering activities and events to keep the community engaged. Any service requests are immediately dealt with.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE living here! The staff, especially Robert and Michelle, are always friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. We moved from PA so it was super important to us to move into a place that we felt safe. The maintenance staff too is awesome! They fix things super quick and are always friendly when they are driving around. We have lived in a bunch of apartment complexes and this is by far our favorite! Highly recommend!
