Place is fantastic. Alex (in the bar) was really a great server and made the visit fun and enjoyable. had her try and make me a margarita that wasn't on the menu (jalapeno/pineapple) and she did an amazing job. Really, food... service..drinks... everything was great. I'll definitely be back!!
Flies everywhere: in my drink, in my plate and on the table. They need new management. They need a new manager that can take care of the restaurant and get rid of all the flies that are everywhere.
Glad we stopped by! This place came recommended for great appetizers and it only exceeded our expectations. The service was fantastic too. The lady came to like 4 times to check if the food was good.. thanks folks!
We always stop at the Plaza on trips to Colorado from East Texas. The food is consistently good. We had house margaritas, los caribenos tacos, a chimichanga and fried ice cream. The service is great too!

I had the chicken and beef fajitas,the flavor was good,the meat was tender and juicy,and the vegetables that came with the dish was really nice too,my side dish of French fries was so nummy. Our waiter was friendly and fast she made shore that our glasses was full the whole time. Great place to bring the whole family.
I will give this place a 6 stars, this was my first time going here and absolutely loved it. Came in and waited to be seated. Got in pretty fast, The Food was great! Tasted fresh, authentic, delicious. Waitress was very friendly, responsive, attentive. Planning on coming back soon. :) starting Good, hope they keep up the good work.
