It's my Birthday and I chose this hotel. I had A Wonderful time. Ms Maya is 1 of the representatives there, she was so kind, efficient and professional she made sure that everything was correct and even helped me get a better room for my disabled sister. She definitely knows that the customer comes first. Great job Maya give the woman a raise. I will definitely return back here. If you're thinking about a hotel, the Holiday Inn at Egg Harbor in New Jersey is one of the best. I Loved it ❤️ Ms King
I'm confused why this place would be open during renovations. L&I must be getting paid off because there's no way this place should have their license. Most of the employees were ok. They could really use training. The rooms are a hot mess. The cards kept deactivating. They were overbooked, when they should've been under booked based off the amount of rooms they had unavailable. The police were called out because there were major problems with people not being able to get their money back. Our team suffered through it because we were there for a tournament. I would NEVER suggest this dumpster to anyone until they complete their renovations. The front looks very nice when you are pulling in, but wait until you get inside. The pool, shouldn't even be considered a pool at all! This place is a hazard, they should probably knock it down and start over.
My husband booked this hotel; We were visiting my family and were trying to save a few hundred bucks on a room. Unfortunately he beat me to the punch with booking. Overall the hotel just feels sketchy; the hotel front desk employees are very friendly, but that’s where the pleasantries end. The hallways had a weird odor, so did the room. It was NOT clean at all. Housekeeping never stopped by while we were there, and honestly I’m not sure they would’ve done much considering the state of the room. On the second night I couldn’t take the “ick” feeling I had sleeping in the tiny beds, so I booked another hotel and ended our reservation early. Moral of the story, just spend the extra cash and stay at nicer hotel.
We absolutely love it here each time we stay. The location is ideal, the staff is so kind and the property itself is clean. You can not ask for a better deal if staying outside of AC. thanks again for a remarkable new years pre-eve week. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
It is not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel, everything is close, and especially we went to a concert in Atlantic city Nov 25, 2023. The people who work are very friendly and willing to help you with everything you need. the staff at the front desk very nice and friendly. I told him that I was coming back in December, I don't know why they left a bad review, for a moment at the beginning I almost canceled because of the bad review but it's a good thing I didn't because it's my place to stay when I go through that area
This property was the worse experience I've ever had! It was not clean to the standards (the keyword is standard) a hotel charging $120- $257.00 a night should be. I found 2 small roaches in my room which can happen even in a 5 start hotel. I reported it to the housekeeping manager (nice person lady) she apologized and proceed to change me to another room on the 4th floor. Which I refused after inspecting it and realizing it was in the same shape as the one I was already in. Plus I felt more secured and safe in the main level. The elevator was old the doors took forever to open/close and it made a loud noise. They also have short term and longer-term stay for replacement families that are homeless or were in a fire for $60 a night which they don't mention on the website neither. They do not provide any type of breakfast!! All they had was a nasty coffee maker sitting on a counter in the under construction dinning room along with a fridge that had expired yogurts. It wasn't until we complained that they cleaned the coffee maker and put some pastries and small bottled water. 75% of the hotel is under construction and unoccupied t think they fix and set up rooms as people come in. The property has great potential if they owner was to concentrate more on the needs of the hotel. The staff was very nice and they worked very hard to please and accommodate customers needs despite all the complaints and the hard time customers were giving them. Hiring more staff will definitely make a difference because they will be able to keep the place cleaner and cater better to customers and their needs. This review was based on my experience, my observation and conversations I had with other guest and short term tenants that have been staying there for 3 weeks.
This Hotel sits close to any n everything u need , fantastic location! I am a travel Nurse I stay all over . I loved the rooms nothing missing except don't forget your toothpaste. Nice and clean , towels are sufficient, beds spotless! I stayed there I believe four times and had plans to make this a destination of choice for a family vacation. All that changed as my deposit has not been returned to my card! Today is the last I will be sent to the Circus like a monkey. The receptionist when told , if my money isn't returned I will go on SM , " she replied, go right ahead"
The hotel itself was kind of dated and had ongoing maintenance. The rooms were clean with the exception of a little streak spot on the couch. “Free breakfast” on the website doesn’t exist; the hotel doesn’t serve any warm breakfast. Beds are very thin and uncomfortable. Good location, however.

Good value for the off-season. Internet speed was great for a hotel. Good sized parking lot. Hotel is a little old so not everything worked perfectly - minor issues in the room were mostly resolved easily enough, but 1/3 of the washers/dryers were ou

The best place to get your laundry clean. Enjoy the inside of the facility, very clean, friendly staff. It is 5 ð and your family is going to love it. Just opened ready and excited to do laundry now.
The Mall itself is almost non-existent, and would get a lower rating ... but, Boscov's Department store is there, which rates 5 stars. Lots of items, very good prices. It's nice to get away from your computer and physically walk into a store and br
