My experience has been really great with Pulte. Hands down they deliver the most quality home in my community. Starting with our sales rep, Sam Perry, and ending with our warranty rep, David O'Brien it was truly a seamless experience.

Excellent community for families. Close to shops and beaches. Sammy Perry from Pulte was a great rep, took time to explain and answer all our questions. Took us on tour of lots available, the Amenity center and even bought us ice cream.

Fantastic community with gorgeous amenities! People of all ages and activity levels. Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, resort pool with a slide, huge hot tub/spa, splash pad, playground, restaurant, bar, cafe, bourbon bar and activities director on site!

We had a great experience building our dream home with Pulte. Our construction manager- Mitch was top notch. I can’t recommend him enough! Communication was spot on and was eager to help us anyway he could throughout the process. Thank you Mitch for everything!

Pulte is a fantastic company to work with. Marc & Kelly were always available when we had questions about our home and process. Mitch Henion, our construction manager, was awesome. He would touch base with us and send pictures as they progressed in our build. He would return our phone calls in a very timely manner and answer all of our questions. Mitch was very professional, respectful, kind, patient and honest with us. We love our new home and would refer friends and family to Pulte as we know they will be treated as well as we were. We decided last year to move to Florida from CT. Our process started with Justin, the sales manager. He was the face of Pulte. He did an amazing job through this entire process. Once construction started we started working with Mitch the construction manager. We had our close last week and we are now working with Andrew. This Pulte team has been amazing, professional, responsive, and very helpful. I consider these gentleman to be friends and would refer any of them. We fell in love with The Place when we rented there last year and decided to build a home there with Pulte. We had a great experience with Pulte from the start with Justin in Sales and through the build process with Colton as our Construction Manager. They were professional, detailed oriented and communicated well throughout the process.
