We placed a large order to be done 1st thing when the opened and it was all ready when I went in. It was correct and the owner came in early to make sure we had it on time. Delicious and plenty of food! Some in office had never had Mediterranean foods and they enjoyed it! There are vegan, vegetated gluten free options as well as yummy meat options. Baklava is heavenly! Highly recommended. Chicken Shwarma, Lebanese rice, assorted dips and pitas, hummus, salads.
It's a favorite. One of the best parts of our smaller eateries and Western New York, is the authenticity. It's best, in my opinion to eat Lebanese food, that has been prepared by a Lebanese person. As opposed to the pizza joint with a Asian teenager but throwing the dough.
I’ve went here for lunch multiple times. Tried salads, specifically platters and a couple of pita sandwiches. It always tastes fresh and the portions are large. My personal favorite so far - specialty plate with Chicken Kebab and hummus. I think from all of the meat choices this place prepares chicken the best. I did try a mixed meat plate and lamb was very fatty while beef was kind of dry.
So if you’ve never tried anything from their menu, I’d definitely recommend any dish with chicken.
I only write reviews for food that is either really good, or really bad. In this case, it was really bad.
Me and my wife have been eating Mediterranean food for years. We've been to the vast majority of Mediterranean hot spots in the city, aside from this one. We were close by, and decided to try a new spot.
The service:
Friendly and fast. No complaints here. But we don't just go to these places for the service right?
The food:
We ordered two falafel wraps, grape leaves, and a chicken shawarma over rice. Pretty diverse meal. There's no way everything could be bad, right? Wrong.
- The rice in the grape leaves was very undercooked, (Hard), and were the most bitter leaves I've had yet. Thus could be a preference thing, but it wasn't for me.
- The chicken shawarma came with two sauces: a white sauce and a oil based sauce. The white sauce was clearly bad/expired and the oil based sauce was sour. As for the shawarma itself, it was underwhelming. Compared to any other spot in the city, it was a fraction of the serving and quality. The rice here, was overcooked.
- Now for the worst part, the falafel wraps. I ended up throwing my away. The pita was falling apart and crumbling from being too dry. The falafel was oversized and dry. I even tried to add greek dressing that I had in my fridge to save it, to no avail.
The takeaway:
If you're craving Mediterranean in WNY, skip this one. Try Venus down the street or Shawarma City.
Just the right place for Lebanese food !!! Tried the shawarma salad and it was awesome !!! Will try more stuff from here, Good price for good quality and quantity:)
Awesome little shop with super good fresh food! I left a generous tip and was given a super good desert type thing made by the guys mom! This is a great authentic Mediterranean place to check out!
DELICIOUS chicken shawarma, it seriously tasted just like the shawarma I ate in Lebanon. The staff were also very friendly and they have gluten free wraps! We will definitely be coming back.
The vegan food was good, and there were several types available. If you're female, I wouldn't suggest eating in. The guy behind the counter was constantly giving creepy stares at my fiance, and that made her very uncomfortable.
I love the falafel pita sandwich they have here. And I recently tried their falafel rice bowl, which was also very tasty. And I like to get the rice pudding on occasion, which is also yummy. I've never had a bad thing here, basically.
I had a falafe

I love the chill relaxing vibe at the Moor Pat! Great selection of craft brews and yummy bar bites. I was running late to meet a friend there for a drink on a Thursday night. She texted me and told me not to rush or worry that Corey, the bartender, w
