If you are young or old, fit or just wanting to start working out...this gym is for you. I got a personal trainer, Ana, because this was my first gym experience and I didn't know what I was doing at all. Ana made sure my expectations were reasonable. She showed and assisted me with all the equipment. Made sure my form was good. And she did not waist one minute of our time together. I'm so glad I opted for a personal trainer. I would recommend this gym and the staff.

First off, Dave and Wendy are two of the nicest, most genuine people that you are ever going to meet! They have a wealth of knowledge from their massive amount of experience that they are freely willing to share. The gym is unbelievable and you can get in any workout that you can think of. They also have a great knowledge of supplements and helped get me on a new plan to try. Every time I am up in the area for work I always stop by!

This is hands down my favorite place to work out whenever I go back home to Dickenson. The day passes are a life saver for me. Shout out to Jess and Will for doing an excellent job managing ! The facilities are always clean, it’s a good supportive environment, and they have a good selection of product to purchase as well. Keep up the good work and I hope to see you all again next time!

The Pit has the best environment anyone could ask for! Everyone is so supportive of each other! Whether you are a newbie to the gym or a seasoned power lifter you know you are going to have the biggest group of cheerleaders anyone could ask for!

Not only is the staff extremely attentive to everyone’s individual needs and friendly, there is a wide assortment of top shelf supplements from protein powders to pre-workouts. The space is HUGE so you don’t have to wait for the selfie-takers to finish up their “deadlifts”. Finally, you get major encouragement from fellow gym goers on your journey to wherever you’er going. It’s not a gym, it’s family. Get in. Get your membership. P.S. they throw some epic events!

Great experience! Pit powerlifting offers everything you need to reach your lifting goals. The atmosphere is second to none. Dave and Wendy are awesome people and will help you get strong any way they can. Best place in town.

A great environment with an even better group of individuals that support and push you to be your best! Under new management & the owners are awesome. There is a wide variety of equipment and the facility is well taken care of! 10/10 recommend.
