This has been the best decision I have ever had. I joined because of the reviews as well as their mission statement. The coaches have been very welcoming and helpful! I joined as well to break out of my shell; to get healthy. This is my first week attending and it has been the best. This is completely different to a regular gym, the coaches correct you and let you know how to do the exercises correctly. I highly recommend anyone wanting to try out a gym to come here first. You will not regret it! Don’t think about it just come and see for yourself.
I want to thank the coaches and of course the staff for such dedication and well organized gym. My son, Jonathan loved it! He felt challenged and motivated to do his best! He wants more sessions. He'll be returning soon.

Joined the PTF Tribe a few months ago and every time I attend I've been surrounded by hungry athletes that are looking to build & better themselves.
This is the perfect place for anyone looking to train hard and be around a friendly environment overall.

This gym has brought an immense amount of light into my life!! Owners/management are always on it, atmosphere is welcoming & coaches are SUPER knowledgeable! LOVE being here!!
They said they had an open gym for free I waited a whole hour just to not play anything with my friends. All because the stuff were not keeping track and when they came they told us to leave.
Just try it and you’ll never want to train anywhere else. The staff is amazing! They provide instructions/tips whether you are in a class or just working out. If you find the gym scary, they teach you how to work out.
Honestly, it’s the first time in years that I finally see my body changing. Every week, I get stronger.
PS just try it! you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Went to go watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 with a friend and It's was great. I haven't been here like in for ever. But the place seem clean the theaters had comfy lazy still chairs. The the sound was great.
