We planned a visit in Stuart to see family and the Sam Matthews house came highly recommended. Great house with full kitchen, access to pool and fantastic room with a balcony. Our host, Marie, was so friendly & welcoming. We will definitely be back!!
Very quaint. Quiet. Clean. Centrally located. It is situated in Stuart Cay which is a little enclave of homes that you would expect in 1920s Key West. The Host, Marie, was wonderful. There is coffee in the kitchen thank goodness. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated for a historic inn. I stayed in Room 1 and the bathroom had a claw foot tub (looks like original). The rate was just right too!
We were in town to visit a friend. This was the perfect place to stay. The house has multiple rooms for guests to stay in a nice common area for people to visit as well as balconies off the upstairs rooms.
In addition to a great house to stay in you are walking distance from a very quaint/cool town with great restaurants/bars/cafes as well as a boardwalk.

The Braid family are outstanding hosts. The house has a wonderful charm, ultra comfort, and a superb location to take advantage of. Walking into the charming town of Stuart is enjoyable, a 10min drive to the ocean, and wonderful surrounding restaurants makes this the go-to location in Stuart.

We’ve been there twice. We loved everything about it. Lovely home. Lovely rooms. Close to everything. Marie couldn’t possibly be nicer. We’re going back this year. We’ve been everywhere and I mean everywhere and this is one of our favorites!

Worse place to stay ever over priced ,staff goes through room and personal items plus over priced small rooms . S big as 2 baths rooms have to share a kitchen with 5-7 people and it's a bed and break fast make your own every thing if to ur gonna spend the money got to the mariiot

My 13yo son has been working out with Cody Merrill for a good month now. Football conditioning between seasons! My son loves his workouts and how Cody pushes him. Never too far or too hard but slowly building up his strength and stamina. 10/10 recomm
