The Pig Bar-B-Q - Barbecue restaurant in Callahan - 450102 State Rd 200, USA

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I'll definitely be back! The food was pretty good, a little bland but still pretty tasty. My favorite thing was honestly the corned beef hash, I absolutely love that stuff! The service was great! Our waitress was super prompt and very nice! My cup of tea was never empty and she explained all questions I had about certain things on the menu! The place itself is pretty clean and roomy which I definitely appreciate!

This is where the locals go to have a good meal! Absolutely huge portions, even the cups are large. Our server was quick as a whip and very nice even though it got very busy. The girls working there were hustling, between phones/drive through, tables, cash register and phone orders.. they had it handled! Good country eating here, don't come with your tight pants on. I had the bbq baked potato and it was enough to feed at least 3 or 4 people! Brisket was pretty decent and the whole thing was smothered in cheese. A LOT of cheese. Wasn't a fan of the hush puppies - they tasted like a prepared mix and were cold but that's the only complaint. Skip the green beans & coleslaw - get the Mac & cheese!! Great value!

We got there as lunch just starting to be served, everything was fresh our sides were mac n cheese, green beans, bbq beans, even the bread is yummy, look at that meat 👀 we have leftovers 😋 Highly recommend pigging out at the pig. #prislandstyle

Ribs, pulled pork and smoked sausage. The bbq sauces were fantastic, ask your server for their special sweet & spicy sauce (they mix for you)

The food was great, the service was good, but they wouldn't honor my Flashes card because the bill had been entered into the register. Seemed abrupt & strange because a void & re-ring should be simple & good for customer service.

Some of the best country cooking I've ever had! We came on a Sunday and their buffet had fried chicken better than any restaurant around. If you're anywhere near here for lunch, definitely stop by. They said they can get pretty busy here, but the wait will be worth it.

The bbq is excellent, I've taken the family a couple of times. The breakfast was very small portions, I ordered my son the kids breakfast, it literally was 2 pieces of bacon and a very small portion of eggs, it was enough to fit in the palm of my hand. The servers are excellent and on top of getting you everything you need, but I do wish since they are a BBQ place, that they would do bbq breakfast burritos or omelets with brisket or burnt ends. But it's some good food.
