Kelly Pettis has been amazing to work with. She is quick to respond and thorough with her work. I am glad to have someone like her that cares about not only the company she works for but also the company that I work with and all of our employees. She has made it to be a smooth transition.
TPC's customer service is phenomenal. One of the most helpful things with the payroll piece is the GL detail export and the deduction export report. This has saved us around a day to a day and a half each month on our monthly reconcilements since we moved our payroll from doing it in house. They are great about helping write reports if something is needed that is not available. We recently moved our applicant piece, and our managers really like to process of communicating with applicants. The job postings go to many job boards, so it has greatly increased our number of applicants to consider.
Kelley has been so helpful and very quick to resolve any issue. She is very pleasant, patient, and so kind! She's definitely a 5 star!
I'll tell you my experience with working at the 66th and memorial location. The gm is racist and doesn't follow health procedures correctly doesn't wear gloves while slicing meat or produce doesn't make morning crew do anything before they leave for there shift and then fires there night manager because someone else quit and when asked what the reasoning was had no reason to give besides the fact that he didn't need a reason. 10 out of 10 terrible place to work for especially if your any other ethnicity than Caucasian you will be treated poorly by the gm of the name Don Lewis..

Kelley was very professional and helpful. She is down to earth and was very understanding of my "technology insufficiencies". I appreciate her working with our employees. We hope to ramp up our training for our employees so we can get everyone on board. It's super difficult for some of our employees, so I have high hopes that Kelley can get us through this transition.
