The Pasta House Company - Italian restaurant in St Peters - 4095 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, USA

Spent $76.00 plus tip and I sent my pizza back because it wasn’t cooked completely and when it came out it looked like a bite had been taken out and I mentioned it to the server. The manager came over and said it was stuck to the oven when I started to eat it, it was doughy so I sent it back to be put back in to fully cook. When the manager brought it back out even more slices were missing and still not fully cooked. I asked for my pizza just to be removed from my bill. The spinach deep tasted like a sour after taste. I’m so disappointed, Pasta House use to be great food when I was growing up. Then when the server brought out my check to show me the pizza was removed when I went to pay it was gone. I can say I won’t be going back to Pasta House. I will just have to reminisce how great it use to be. My check number was 3051 Victoria was my server 1/6/24 21:54 if antobe from pasta house should want to follow up.

My sister's chicken was burned, and she sent it back. The server was unfriendly to say the least. However the manager came over , apologized, and took the meal off her bill. But our server was not good . Didn't ask if we needed refills, didn't remove empty dishes, and we had to ask her 4 times for sauce and napkins. The appetizer I got was so over spiced and salty I couldn't eat it. Really bad experience ... except for the manager. He seemed very professional and took care of my sisters complaint.

I ordered the Risotto Milanese with Chicken and I got the same thing last week and it was amazing. Tonight I felt like I was trying to eat soup and it had no flavor it was very bland. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from there any longer. The salad was great like always but I’m scared to spend $35 on another meal and not like it at all.

My family and I went to this location last night for dinner. We were sat in the middle of the restaurant. We sat there for about 10-15 minutes with multiple waitresses and waiters passing us. A women finally said someone will be right with you. We waited again another 5-10 minutes before someone came to our table. Once the waitress arrived, she acted as if she didn't want to wait on us so we got up and left the resturant. Please do better with customer service. What made it really bad was the manager saw us sitting there also and didn't attempt to come to the table to see what was going on and why we hadn't been served. The entire restart just seems out of order.

I have eaten at a lot of pasta houses but thus far this location was the worst one. It was not very clean with splatters all over the walls. Server was okay, not very friendly and rough with setting our plates down. Salads are always hit and miss but husband said his lettuce was bad. Getting our entrees my chicken was burned and did not taste great burger and fries looked just as dark. Now we know and will avoid this location.

This place has pretty good customer service, Pyton is always great. The food is good, I don’t mind coming here. A good peaceful and cool little vibe.

This may have been great in it's day but I didn't find it terribly good. I ordered the meatballs and a salad. The meatball was good but the salad was a bit wilted like it had been dressed early in the day. Others in my group said the bread tasted like pre-packaged store bought rolls and the sauce to be too sweet for their taste. Maybe others might enjoy but we won't be dining there again.

I ordered a lunch special, pasta con broccoli and salad. When I got home my pasta was not mixed. It literally was sauce at the bottom with the pasta sitting on top. The pasta had absolutely no flavor and the salad was very soggy as well. I was very disappointed to spend $16 and not be satisfied. I don’t recommend eating here and I will not be back. I really used enjoy eating at The Pasta House but not anymore it has gone downhill!
