The only negatives I saw was the concrete that needed to be fixed by the door and they do not have buttons to open the doors. I am assuming they use the side door for wheelchair accessibility because the main has steps. Our server was awesome. Menu prices are a little high though. My one scoop hot sundae was $10 but that one scoop is huge and well worth the money.

Whet for my birthday dessert! The only place that serves softball sized scoops. Delicious!!!!

Bring a jacket or sweater. It's so cold, after eating ice cream, we were all shivering. Awesome ice cream, great employees. Accessible to all, adequate parking. Been coming here for years and the quality of product and service remains high.

This use to be my favorite ice cream anywhere. Came in from Ohio and boy what a let down. 10 minutes to be seated. Another 5 before we got menus. The spicy chicken sandwich, let's start with these atrocities. A small chicken patty drowned in franks red hot. So much so you can't taste anything else. The Jr banana split. At one time these were sent by the gods. Not any more. Half a banana in the whole thing. A big bowl of ice cream with a Hershey chocolate sauce. Whip cream what's that. The new owner I beg you do this Jackson meca a favor and sell the place. The staff is horrible the place smells of standing water. And it's filthy. 5pm Friday and the parking lot is empty. You have personally did in one trip what my parents tried to do in a lifetime and destroyed my childhood. Have been a loyal customer sense the early 1980s. However as long as you own it I will never return.

Great charm. I heard this place goes back to the 1930s. Just tried the ice cream and not any of the food. We tried the topper parfait and the peanut butter parfait, both were excellent and requires an empty stomach. It gets crowded, especially on evening weekends. The have some crazy ice cream monster called The Dare, with 21 scoops and probably a half gallon of toppings, make sure to bring a dozen friends to eat this one , oh and $100.

The food was good and they give you a ton if ice cream. The bowls are huge. I watched many people walk out without finishing all of their ice cream. Also the service was ok that's why I'm rating it 3 stars. There was 8 of us and it took well over 45 minutes to get everything we ordered. Also we only received 1 refill and that was about the time we were leaving. Things I would recommend are the peanut butter cup sundae and the fries. Both of those were delicious.

$12 for less a pint size portion of store-bought ice cream. It's not even high fat content or anything, they just charge a huge price. They used to at least give decent sizes, but now that's changed. 8:00 on a Saturday and they were closing down, I can't see them staying open much longer which is fine because I won't be back.

Can you GIVE.a place lower than one star???? We just had a family gathering there and the entire experience was DREADFUL! Our party of twenty showed up yesterday to signs everywhere that said cash only. So off we all went to ATMs. We reserved their “banquet room” at least six weeks ago, but the employee had no idea we were coming. The room was dirty, tables and chairs everywhere, and no heat. The waitress, her first day on the job, tried her best. But equipment breakdowns and out of stock menu items severely limited our choices. Service was slow (no staff) and food was costly and gross! Greasy, cold, freezer burnt and even spoiled. Management should be ashamed of themselves. Where is Gordon Ramsey when you need him because someone needs to “shut it down!” Clearly, none of our very large family will be returning to this establishment.
