The Parlour Motel - Motel in Los Angeles - 7310 S Figueroa St, USA

I would give these place 0 stars if I could. I booked this place for three nights. I get there after a flight. I see that it is a place for ladies of the night. They are seen around every corner. And, there are men in cars that are catcalling them and getting out of their cars to go be in rooms with them. At one point, police officers came and shined lights through everyone’s car to make sure no one was doing the deed. At no point did these cops seem to notice me, looking lost and confused. This is not a good neighborhood to be in. I did not feel safe at all. There was no one at the check in desk. When I called the hotel, a lady answered but she said she did not have any reservations or rooms available. I told her I had the receipt and the confirmation numbers; she completely shut me down. Not only did I lose $400, I also was scrambling around trying to find somewhere to stay and thank goodness I found a much safer place.

I have too give it five stars I live here and it's cool. They staff is great especially one in particular and she is very beautiful.

The hotel was great for the price. It was a cozy and clean room, and it seems secure. Water in the shower heats up nice and fast. Bed was comfy. Bring your own towels because theirs are fairly small. And you also need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer. The area seems a little sketchy but the hotel is very safe. I definitely recommend the parlor motel. It was a nice stay and at a great price.

I had to get a motel quick because I had a family emergency and needed to visit for a funeral , i was suppose to stay there for 3 days. Unfortunately, my son had caught a fever . So I had to cut it short. They don’t do refunds which is understandable. I’m not going to lie the area is quite sketchy. The parking is perfect you can see your car so I wasn’t to worried . It’s your ordinary motel. The bathroom is a nice upgrade. The thing that makes this place a gem is the people that own the motel are sweethearts. They really do try their best to make this motel safe and comfortable. The only thing that made me knock down a star is that the carpet in my room was dirty and made my son’s and I feet dirty . We wore our shoes which is kind of gross. Overall okay stay

A nice motel in a not so nice neighborhood. While, the outside not impress terribly, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Parking lot is nice and gives some sense of security that the surroundings lack. Despite being a motel, its actually better than many LA hotels Ive stayed at.

Love this place. Stayed here twice and the family always so nice and understanding. They just remodeled a couple of rooms and they seem great. Love the rooms with kitchens and the beds are stiff but comfy. The bathrooms are nice except if you have the A,/C on and the restroom light on you suck in all the cold air, and then be prepared for a cold. The have a fridge and a microwave and an ice machine to chill your drink and not to put in your drink. But all in all the location isn't so bad. There's a pizza hut little ceasars up the street and a burger king and McDonalds up ahead.

The bed was okay but the bathroom was nasty. The bathroom smelled like a port a patty! There was also graffiti on the walls. It is so getto that you don't get a key to the room! The office people buzz you in to your room and that's how you get in. Parking lot was well lit probably the best feature here.

Had a great stay here durning AX. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Clean room, and fresh towels daily. Close enough to walk to food and stores. Very close to Downtown LA. Wish the room offered a coffee maker, other than that I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
