This B&B is really awesome! A wonderful house and garden and Lisa is lovely. Our night was very good. The breakfast was just wow. Lisa made everything by herself and it was outstandingly delicious. In case our Trip would Not have been planned from A to Z in advance we would have stayed longer for sure !
This place is simply amazing, we’ve been on a two week road trip and this is the BEST hotel we’ve been to. The house is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious and very clean, Lisa, the owner is lovely and made us feel at home. She’s such an incredible cook too, the breakfast was delicious, a lot of choice with freshly made food, coffee and orange juice, we enjoyed it so much! Lisa also gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and best routes across Sequoia Park. We do hope to be able to go back soon!
Positive: I loved the owner Lisa, she is an excellent chef, very accommodating and nice. The pool was awesome, so was their yard, very peaceful and fun!! This was one of the closest places to both Sequoia and Kings Canyon that we could find, breakfast was fantastic! Negative: We really loved our stay here. The only thing that could have been a little nicer was our room's tub/shower, it was an old fashioned claw tub with shower head and curtain, and small vanity and sink, but given the age of the estate, understandable!
This hotel was amazing. We stayed in the sequoia room. It was very spacious and had it's own jacuzzi and shower. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. It's also in a perfect location if you want to explore sequoia national park. The breakfast that Lisa made us was amazing and it was super relaxing having a slow start to our day eating breakfast.
I really enjoyed my stay here and didn’t want to leave! I just completed a 16 day road trip and out of all the places I stayed this place was at the top. The bed alone wins out of all of them. It was the most comfortable bed and I got the best night sleep while there.
There was a pool and a hot tub and breakfast was amazing. I really enjoyed the plate of fresh fruit and the chocolate chip banana and walnut muffin.
A million times better than any corporation owned hotel/motel chain. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to rest and relax. I’ll definitely be back.
Very beautiful plantation style place! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was 5 star! We lingerd to play horseshoes and see the grounds. We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary. It was a most excellent stay.
We enjoyed our 2 nights here very much. Great breakfast, fresh fruit, outstanding sweet rolls, muffins etc., eggs… Delicious.
