We enjoy living at Park at Salisbury -- good quality housing and good schools, a short drive to a variety of essential stores and businesses. We have lived here for a year now. The only thing we could wish for would be mid-range appliances instead of brands like Hotpoint and Amana -- but we can't really ask for more considering the lower cost of rent in a highly desired, safe area with excellent schools. This is a great starting point for those moving to the area, especially if you have children. We have been very lucky to have decent neighbors as well -- no issues with excessive noise either. The maintenance team is responsive and helpful. My husband and I really appreciate Frank and the rest of the team for promptly resolving our maintenance issues. Frank, Victor, and the rest of the team are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The office team is also responsive and helpful. Thank you Emily and Becky for being accessible and always willing to answer any questions we may have.
I had a very easy application process with Emily Hunt! She was great to work -timely, knowledgeable, and even was able to show me the exact apartment that I was moving into. A quick and easy move in right before Christmas. The day after I moved in there was at issue with my tub and maintenance came over and had it fixed even in a Saturday!
Becky has been very pleasant and helpful with the move in process. Very fast to reply and answer questions. Maintenance responded same day after request. So far a great experience!!
Frank Jones great guy. I love living here it’s clean quiet and convenient. We have had several maintenance issues unfortunately and if it weren’t for Frank Jones I’m not sure I would still be living here. He’s always polite does clean work and most important he fixes the problem which is more than I can say for some of his co workers. Frank is top notch and should be in a supervisor position of some sort.
So far, I enjoy staying at the Park at Salisbury. I would like to especially shout out the maintenance man Frank J. I put in an order and he showed up with in an hour. He was professional and courteous. He figured out my issue and quickly replaced the part. He was in and out and super efficient. Thanks Frank!
Moving into the park at Salisbury was a great experience. I love the community. The staffs are wonderful people. Most especially Emily Hunt who took us through the process. She did an excellent job. She is a sweet soul. She made the process easy and everything was timely because she's knowledgeable of what was required to make our move in stress free. Kudos Emily.
I had a couple things that needed attention and even one last minute that I asked to be done and Frank and Q were glad to help! They called before coming giving me time to put my dog in another room and were polite and very friendly! They fixed all three things in just minutes!! Great customer service gentleman I appreciate you!
The maintenance technician Frank was excellent. He was here to help within 20 minutes of putting the request in. He fixed our issue promptly and even advised on how to prevent the issue. Excellent work all around!
