The Parc Micro Suites - Extended stay hotel in Tampa - 400 E Bearss Ave, USA

I must say I pretty much like everything about it, been here for a few months with my wife. Only complaints I have since I do rent a remodeled room is there are sum roaches in here we constantly combat but the living space for us 2 is just right. The 2 cuban maintenance men are very helpful and get right on the issues. The office staff are somewhat helpful and I only talk to the manager for anything I need. A few problems here is that people here are extreme pigs and leave trash everywhere and the kids here need to be on a leash no home or people training whatsoever are very ignorant and rude. We stay to ourselves so the people here we just ignore and don't mind them. Overall the location is excellent everything is near by and I love it. As far as price goes, it's a bit steep for a remodeled room compared to a standard room, I just wish the standard rooms were more clean and looked nicer.

We were stranded and he allowed us to sit outside and wait till we found another place to go. Was kind enough to let me us the restroom as well as to charge my phone to call an Uber! You will literally be living in a Ghetto. Bad management, loud noise and dirty rooms. Police is there most of time, fights and drugs etc. kids playing right next to your room. And they’re not normal nice kids that you see in the park. So be careful and think twice ..

Just moved in a couple days ago, but so far it's been very nice. The pool area is clean, the people who run it seem to be nice, and it's a very family friendly environment as far as I can tell. The room is spacious and the little kitchenette is cute.

Buyer beware this place is a scam filthy with cockroaches roaches are all throughout the property. Housekeeping old lady is spiteful and extremely combative swearing and insulting while she yells. Front desk staff actually took a personal phone call as I was checking in. I bought a kitchenette unit and the stove didn’t work and microwave was missing. They didn’t offer me any money back or to change rooms. Lots of loud dogs on property and with all the drug dealers making nightly deals I’m surprised the FBI isn’t posted up there. Place should be condemned and I am assuming that there is some child and human trafficking going on there. Do not rent from here unless you are absolutely desperate. You have been warned.

I stayed here for almost a year in one of the remodeled units. Nice rooms (I never liked that the kitchenette and bed are too close to each other) but for the little space they had, they had to make it work. Any problem I encountered that was related to my unit; it was fixed right away. I liked the area this place is located at. I gave four stars because some of the people who live there are just dirty and dirty up the complex by letting their pets use the restroom wherever and don’t clean up after it.. no one enjoys walking down a stairwell with dog poop and pee in it. Also some of the kids constantly playing outside around peoples vehicles, my windshield was cracked and I was left to have to file a claim on my insurance. This place would be better if they didn’t allow pets and didn’t allow kids to run recklessly around the complex.

I'm going to start with the best part of Parc. The receptionist, Kelly, is absolutely amazing!!! She goes above and beyond. She is always there when you need something. Whether it's helping someone out or just to chat she is phenomenal!!!||The down side is there are rooms that haven't been renovated yet so you might be stuck with the old school room. The renovation rooms are great. The worst, I was in a suite until I had to go help my FIL and when I came back it was rented and since it's almost always full I ended up in a non renovated. In this room, there are sprinkles of roaches 🤢 I see 1 day. Ick.||But what frustrates me the most is that the pool is never open. It will open for a day or 2 then it's closed for 3 weeks. The reason I chose Parc was because it had a pool. ||But the overall is good and I'd stay here just because Kelly, like I said, she's great,

The manager she is a nice person she treat you with respect. The lady that take care of the rooms she is very nice and the guys. The rooms clean and they don’t boder you for nothing. I love it
