Decent resort but have some important tips for anyone looking to book here. First, and most importantly, DO NOT BOOK with the resort directly. Be sure to use a 3rd part site. We booked a king deluxe suite about a month prior. They have a 7 day cancelation policy and within that 7 days where we could not cance,l they reduced the rate of our room type by 30%. We called and emailed asking for them to honor the new rate and they would not. A 3rd party has a price guarantee and would have honored the much lower rates. So be sure to not book with them directly. ||We also found the staff the be lacking. Just disinterested in providing customer service. The gentleman at the desk during the complimentary happy hour was playing Cardi B videos at full blast the whole time on his phone while we sat there trying to enjoy the cheapest wine and cheese that could be provided. ||The room was nice and very big. the bed was super comfortable. We liked the room location near the pool. But there were drunk people smoking and partying in the pool when we wanted to use it so we didn't go down there much. ||It's a great location only a block from Duval.
Stayed for 2 nights - extremely pretty for outside appearances but quite basic inside! Room was clean but tired - needs a bit of TLC||Breakfast basic and self-serve with cardboard cups/plates and bowls and disposable cutlery - very limited food choice too||Car parking an extra $30 per night too||Our room lock did not feel very secure at all||Overall a disappointing stay despite our initial thoughts on the appearance of the hotel!||Location was good so that’s a positive
I went to the Paradise Inn in July and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was perfectly fine, I found the bathroom to be my favorite part of the room. The experience that made this stay the best was the concierge named Foster. Foster was super informative, incredibly entertaining, and was very very friendly. He showed us all of the best restaurants, locations to see, and activities to do. This guy was incredible
Pros: The location is great. You have a parking space for your room even though there is a charge but well worth it. There is a pool(heated) and a hot tub.
Cons: If you are on the first floor of the 2 story structures(mini queen suites), take note that you will basically hear every footstep and talking in all the rooms. If you are in one of the one story bungalows, this does not apply to you. The bathrooms were large however a little outdated and old.
We enjoyed the stay very much. Nice, quiet location (no kids). Spatious, clean rooms. Everything on walking distance. We also enjoyed the offered. Happy hours and great breakfast. We would return here any time.
The biggest draw to this place is the location just a Block off Duval. On Southern side of Old Town. Just a 7-minute walk to Hemingway House. Like 10 minutes to Butterfly Museum. Mallory Square is less than 20-minute walk. Easy walking to the main attractions. Also, about a 5-minute walk to one of the hop on hop off stops. Some staff was friendly other seemed indifferent. Staff was friendly facilities were nice and the grounds were very nice. Breakfast is typical continental with waffles machine, yogurt cereals breads and fruit. They have small tray to bring thing back to your room. One day coffee machine was not working, and they said they were going to get some brewed coffee in but never happened. They did fix it next day. Overall, a good stay but some minor things that would make it better like if they had a more drawers in room. Room was a very good size and had a table and end tables near bed. But room did not have a burrow which would have been nice. The one big downside is they have parking on sight, but fee seemed high at $30 a day to park when other places I saw later offered free parking or a least a lower price. They have the space, and it is on property so charging for it seems odd when room price was consistent with other places in area. Best part of this place I location is quieter side of Old Town. With some minor updates this would be excellent place.
Property is beautiful. Staff are friendly. Location is close to everything. Great happy hour. If you can bring your own pillow, do the pillows are sooo firm. Otherwise overall great place to stay. This was the 2nd year staying here.
We loved this place as it was very near to all the attractions. Our room was quiet, and we enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable stay in Key West as you can't go wrong.
After 8 nights, congrats to Alex and Claudia and Drew and Bill and Keith â all superlative! The room was expansive AND cool â all new ACs, important to Texans! Very nice accommodations - will def stay again.

This was a wonderful hidden gem! We had a sisters weekend and were pleasantly surprised at how quite the place was and how close the location was to everything we wanted to do. The only other people there was the couple in the next cottage over, and
This might be one of the best places I have ever stayed. They do everything right. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Lobby and pool areas are clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is amazing, especially
Booked here for 3 nights with my partner. Large, spacious room with a good view of the sea. Well located to the south side of the island and surrounding cafes and bars. Very quiet on an evening with a private feeling sun lounger area. Really enjoyed
We love this place! Location location location. Super close to Duval street but not too close. Which is good because every single bar and restaurant has live music. We enjoyed the heated pool so much after a rainy wintery day at the beach. The three
I LOVED my room! It felt more like a studio than a regular hotel room. Plenty of space, modern amenities (plenty of outlets), and attractive furnishings. Nice shower. Everything worked, too.
The hotel has a shuttle that runs downtown and back on s

Walking distance for all of old town, pet friendly. They don't have breakfast, but they offer coupons for a free breakfast at the local bakery, which is fantastic. Parking is a bit of a hassle, but there is a parking garage within walking distance
Go here! Hole in the wall place with really amazing food. Really sweet, dedicated owner and large portions. Everything we tried was amazing. Definitely best paired with the exceptional house-made hot sauces. They sound pretty hot but were definitely

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic!! We got most of everything including a cookie. Between the 3 of us we demolished almost every single dish. The barbeque ribs ranked the highest among us. Delicate, tender and full of flavor. If you're a lover of curry
