Dana in the front office was amazing. She helped me through the whole application process and made it easy. This apartment complex is beautiful and quiet and very dog friendly. I highly suggest this apartment and recommend Dana to help you find your new home!
Broken dishwasher. My dishes molded because it doesn't dry them. Reported 3 times. They didn't do anything. Leaking ceiling that was reported twice. They didn't do anything the first time. Now there's a brown stain on the ceiling. My car along with a bunch of other people's cars got broken into. There's always poop from people not cleaning up after their dogs. The gym equipment is broken... But the people in the office are nice and the pool is nice. I like the location too.
Dana was very helpful and very reliable she made sure I understood the process and what all was needed to make sure my application was processed smoothly. Always had a positive and left no question unanswered. I appreciate all her hardwork and dedication.
I moved to The Palmer the end of September '22 and it has been the best decision! Dana C. showed me different options, pricing, and took the time to walk me thru application process. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, people here are so friendly and respectful (neighbors) and they often walk their dogs and we chat when I'm out in the balcony! I have an amazing view from the 2nd floor and enjoy the sunsets, and the light coming into the apt in the evenings, making my plants thrive! The pool is awesome along with the gym and many other amenities.
The Palmer is a great community! Me and my family have been here almost 2 years. Maintenance is always prompt and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could!
Best place I’ve stayed ever! No complaints at all. I have a ton of friends who stay in Charlotte and my place and this area is the best. If you travel a lot and need to be near airport this is the place for you!
Finished my 1 year here, only recommended if you want modern interior and clean neighborhood. I moved because of space. I found a place exact same rent for 2bedroom instead of 1bedroom price at the palmer. Plus you get charged for paint replacement (like normal wear/tare) here and light bulbs aren’t free replacements here for some reason. My refrigerator defrosted all my food and I had to ask for reimbursement. Very appealing to the eyes and positive vibes just really tight on your money here.
Dana was our leasing agent and she was absolutely fantastic. She made sure that myself and my boyfriend had the best move in and leasing experience. She was super helpful, patient, and accommodating during the whole process. We were very indecisive on which apartment we wanted. She worked with us and made everything as smooth as possible. We just moved in a day ago and I am extremely impressed with the apartment. I never saw it in person before hand, my boyfriend was the one doing all the in person tours. Definitely exceeds expectations. Plenty of storage, clean, and updated. I look forward to calling the Palmer home for the next year!
