The Palace Family Entertainment Center - Bowling alley in London - 1803 N Main St, USA

Came for a homeschool field trip. On a Friday mid-day. They went above and beyond to care for us while we visited. All the families had a wonderful time and even the 2 & 4 year old were occupied and had a good time. We will be coming back for a bowling night. Pizza was also a big hit. Very clean facility and games.

Great place for the whole family! We went on a Thursday and only paid 10 bucks per child and the adults got in free! The people were friendly and the place was clean. They offer arcade type games, basketball, wii games, nerf wars, lazor lair and inflatables! We will definitely be going back!

Checked this place out this weekend. Cant speak for the rest of the attractions but the bowling alley is TOP NOTCH! Great technology and very responsive blowing equipment.

It’s a great place and the prices are great too. However, instead of checking on my father when he fell while bowling…we were told they were going to turn the lane off if he did it again. Y’all, it was an accident. My father is almost 60 years old. Be nicer. That’s the only reason for the two star.

Overall, this a great place! The facility is very nice with options for all ages. The bowling lanes are very nice. Food is very good also. The reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 stars is they are under staffed and at times it just seems disorganized. I am hopeful it will get better over time.

It was the best! Karen and Emma went above and beyond to make our experience off the charts! Would highly recommend this place whether a night out or a party. Thank ya'll so much!

I wouldn't say this place is bad. It has a lot of neat and fun things for kids/families. But the open bar in a children's play area doesn't seem right. A child can't go into a bar. Therefore, I don't see how alcohol can be sold in a place meant for children.

I would have made it 5 starts but the place so cold inside, for me. It was cold outside that day but...wow. Anyway, went there for a child's birthday party. I had no clue bowling was back in London. There are, I think, 10 alley setups...lots of video games...a go kart racing layout for young and old and plenty of room to sit down and relax...a bouncy house too for the little ones. There are 4 or 5 party areas...clean and lots of tables. You bring the decorations and you can purchase pizza, wings, fries and pitchers of drink for the guests. The fries were really good...flat, crispy and full of flavor. For us, we were pleasantly surprised by how well run and orderly everything went. The atmosphere and food were good and there was lots to entertain 4 year olds to a couple of 78 year olds in our group. Nice place.
