The Paisley Loon - Cafe in Cherryfield - 2 Wilson Hill Rd, USA

You’re greeted with a decorated front porch with river views. Inside is a cozy cafe with a variety of sandwiches, coffee and baked goods. Enjoy indoor seating or outside near the river. The service was great and recommendations provided upon request. They also advertised ice cream but we went on a chilly morning so did not inquire. If you’re in the area this is a great place to grab a bite and stretch your legs.

Outstanding bakery cafè in every way! Coffee drinks are delicious - not too sweet and not over-roasted. The breakfast sandwich was exactly the way I asked (crispy bacon). And the scones were fluffy and tasty (not heavy or doughy). I feel like it’s everyone’s favorite place. People came in with good cheer and greetings and the staff was welcoming and patient (when needed) with everyone. SO worth finding if you are taking in the Bold Coast of Maine, even a great adventure from Bar Harbor (about 50 minutes away). Family-friendly and a joy to visit.

Such a cute spot in Cherryfield! Their cinnamon rolls are outstanding and not too sweet. The staff is also very warm and welcoming. Grab a coffee and sit by the river.

Stopped here during our stay in Maine. Loved the vibe here! Super cute decor and seasonal decorations! The service was great, greeted at the door and the barista was very knowledgeable on menu items and allowable substitutions. The food was fantastic (highly recommend the BYO breakfast sando). The coffee was delish too, brewed fresh right on the spot! Loved this place!

This place is great it’s really cute inside, they have decent sandwiches, but beware of being overcharged here. And ask for an itemized receipt because you can’t see at the register what you’re paying for. I was charged nine dollars for a bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes and black olives— charged as if it were a breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon. Given that a toasted bagel with cream cheese is $2.99 the six dollar up charge for a couple slices of tomatoes and couple tablespoons of canned sliced black olives, seems ridiculous and unkind, good thing I asked for an itemized receipt. So I know not to order any extras on a bagel.

The Paisley Loon is a cute cafe with great food and service! Ordered for take out the chicken salad wrap and pbj scone. It’s hard to tell from the photo, but the wrap is hefty! I ate half (with half a portion of ruffle chips) and was stuffed. Generous portion of protein for only $10 I’m a huge fan of pbj; I could eat it everyday! That’s why I managed to get a few bites of the scone while it was still warm - glad I did! Will visit again when I’m in the area!

A first time at this excellent and charming coffee & sandwich shop which is located in the idyllic town of Cherryfield. Friendly service, good food and great atmosphere. Happy to have this business on my trip out of town. Definitely stop in and check them out, 10/10!
