We stayed here a night and actually really enjoyed it! The lobby receptionist was friendly accommodating and were able to get an early check in! So much to do here, they have a full theatre, great slots that pay out!, bowling, an amazing chocolate shop, and we had dinner at Fridays here. It was all so tasty! The pool was better than I had expected it to be.

I had an amazing stay at The Orleans Casino! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable the entire time—definitely a big plus in Las Vegas! The food options were great, offering a good variety to satisfy any craving. I also enjoyed the bowling alley—it was a blast! While the arcade is a bit small for the kids, the movie theater more than makes up for it, especially since you get a free bowling lane with your movie ticket! The highlight of my stay, though, was the valet service. The staff was extremely professional and efficient, always making sure everything ran smoothly. They truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend The Orleans for a fantastic and enjoyable stay!"

First off, the hotel is huge and there's lots of parking. Lots of things to do inside: arcades, bowling, movies, gambling, etc. Rooms are spacious but you will need to call front desk for more bedding materials if you like blankets or extra pillows -- none in closets. Decor is old and carpet is faded but that is not that important to me. What is important is a refrigerator in the room. What is the deal with Vegas hotels not having a fridge???? No fridge, no 5 star rating!! Also, why does the gym close at 6pm? That is much too early. And the pool during the middle of the summer closes at 7pm? Maybe it was 8pm, but that is much too early as well. Come on now! Anyway, back to good things: the staff was relatively friendly, they had security at the guest elevators and the elevators were very quick. Also, the eating establishments and gift stores did not shut down early like a lot of hotels do.

The rooms are on par with maybe a Holiday inn. I guess it's what you expect off strip. The beds were comfortable. The casino definitely has more of a locals feel and is definitely more for the older crowd I'd say. The hotel and facilities are family friendly and there's a lot for the kids to do on site. We were here for a family reunion, so I was concerned with bringing children to Las Vegas but everything went great.

We have stayed at the Orleans for years. It’s off the strip, a big hotel/casino and attached entertainment venue. It’s known as a more locals place. The odds of winning here are much better than on the strip. I almost always come away a winner. I first discovered this on a business convention in the early 1980’s. They have several restaurants to offer including our usuals of a steakhouse and a TGIF’s. The Chocolate shop is a favorite. |The rooms are large and clean. Being disabled the roll-in shower is great. Comfortable chair was appreciated as was handicapped room being near the center by elevators ( and not at the long end of a hallway. Some regular types of rooms have a sofa sitting area.||Suggestions could be: A coffee maker in the room, this trip our bed was very soft- not like previous visits.

Pretty good prices for Vegas. The drinks in the casino are very reasonable. The rooms and everything were pretty nice. The beds were comfy and the AC worked well. The outside of the Casino and the theme worked well. The pools were fine and not crowded. They do have kids activities (bowling, movie theater, arcade). The only issue was that the location was in a rough part of town. If you don’t own a car, you shouldn’t come here. Stay in the hotel and casino and you should be fine.

My second time staying at this hotel and I have to give it props for amenities and value. The staff here works hard, the food is quite good across the board, the rooms are nice and the pool is enjoyable. The problem is the entire hotel, every hallway, every room, whether non-smoking or not, smells like the ghost of a thousands cartons of Marlboro reds that were smoked 30 years ago. Some of it is probably a baked in smell from years of cigarettes but every time I came off the elevator onto my upper floor, the scent of smoke hit me in the face. And every night going to sleep I wondered: is someone downstairs, or next door, or under my bed, smoking? That's not to mention the casino floor, which is a second-hand smoke Superfund Site (I hope the casino workers get good health insurance because they have hazardous jobs). The restaurants that are open to the gaming area are plagued by smoke as well. I couldn't even escape the smoke at the pool, because smoking is allowed on the pool perimeter. I know it's Vegas and this is part of the deal but let's be honest: it's 2024 and we know better now. It's just gross and it's past time that Vegas casinos had separate and enclosed smoking areas (smokers should have their own buildings, frankly) so those of us who value our health don't have to have our lives shortened against our will.

I just hosted my special event at the event center and to truly convey it was astonishing. One of the Porters, Luis, from the event floor was definitely the star of the show. He made sure all the setting up of my special event was properly managed; he even insisted in offering a better service just for us. He truly changed my views and understanding of hosting events at The Orleans Casino & Hotel. I will definitely be hosting my future baby shower at this event center. Thank you Luis !
