The Original Rachel's Mediterranean - Mediterranean restaurant in Williamsville - 5953 Main St, USA

My family and I used to love ordering for rachels all the time this location has always been my favorite but recently ever since the younger African American kid has worked there every time I order something is wrong and he always has an attitude as if it's my fault ! We usually order from rachles 3-4 times a month and spend anywere from 50-65 $ each time but not anymore I refuse to come back after this! I called to let them know they forgot an item the girl on the phone was nice but I could here him make remarks in the back and making it seem like it's no big deal you didn't get charged. Well I'll let you know someone didn't get food and it a waste of my gas so yea it is a big deal the food is great but I am not putting up with this anymore .

I love the falafel pita sandwich they have here. And I recently tried their falafel rice bowl, which was also very tasty. And I like to get the rice pudding on occasion, which is also yummy. I've never had a bad thing here, basically. I had a falafel rice bowl from another restaurant, which was good, but heavy and on the greasy side. The falafel rice bowl from Rachel's is definitely not heavy or greasy at all. It tastes healthy and doesn't make me feel so full that I can't finish it all. Also, it doesn't upset my stomach at all. I'm a little lactose intolerant, but whatever tahini sauce they use on top is super friendly to my stomach, unlike other eateries in the area which use a thicker, richer tahini sauce.

The rice bowl I ordered was good. I really enjoy how fresh the ingredients used were. Another plus for me is that the staff is very friendly. You can dine in, but I feel this place is best for takeout. Unlike the other locations, this place is very dated

I work right next door to this location and probably stop in once or twice a week on my lunch. The service is outstanding and the food is delicious. Thank you for your consistent awesomeness.

Overall, always a great experience. I ALWAYS get the falafel wrap and it's always consistently tasty and made well! I came in to pick up food recently and the decor could definitely use some work - some greenery would help for sure. A lot of room for potential, it looks like. Will continue to order from Rachel's!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I LOVE THE LADY WHO WORKS AT THE FRONT ( Kat ) They give great food and straight happiness to all of the customers !! I tried a couple of the other Rachel’s ( they were very bad .. the one on Sheridan just didn’t taste like the amazing original ) I recommend 1000% to try it !

Never disappoints. Best Mediterranean food in the area. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent portions, always tasty, and very polite service. Way better than the chains to be honest.
