Wife and I came here on a breakfast date and we both enjoyed our food. This place does get really busy but we came during the week so it was not bad at all. I definitely recommend coming here and trying out their eggs Benedict it did not disappoint
Absolutely amazing food! I ordered blueberry pancakes with a yogurt parfait and grapefruit juice. Everything was absolutely delicious!!!! I LOVED the blueberry pancakes. They were sooooooo good and it came with blueberry syrup. Absolutely amazing. I would 100% return!!
Came on Christmas Eve at 7am. Fast service and gooooodddd food. The northwoods hasbrowns are AMAZING. And I always come for the 49ers flapjacks too! Here’s an updated menu with prices!
Place was packed when we arrived. But we had put our names on the waiting list. So, we were able to get a table within 10 mins of arrival. I ordered the Mediterranean souffle omelette with coffee and toast. Everything was tasty. My daughter ordered the chipotle chicken crepe. She found cartilage in the plate. So, we asked for replacement. Our server was so nice to replace it with a yummy plate of French toast. They didn't charge us extra for either plate. It was so nice of them to do that. I also liked the fact that they were adequately staffed for such a busy day. No waiting impatiently for food or tables. Lots of vegetarian options too.
But busy going there for a late Saturday breakfast. But only a 30 min wait, with texting services to let you know when your table is ready.
Service was great. Food was great. And a lovely atmosphere.
Great breakfast and service! Little loud from all the people but to be expected. Love this place!
Amazing place for pancakes and much more. Loved the ambience. Our server was very patient and helped to decide order for our toddler who’s allergies to tree nuts. Opted for gluten free to avoid risking allergy considering peanut oil was a key ingredient in most of the pancakes. Gluten free stuff is made separately and with Soya oil.
Food was served warm and presentation was excellent, photos aren’t doing Justice at all.
Freshly whipped cream, maple and strawberry syrup were paired perfectly with the pancakes. First time ever tried the Dutch pancakes outside Netherlands and totally loved it!! Will return again.
This place is a Minnesota classic. The parking lot is small so it looks busier than it is though. We’ve had great servers every time and my kids enjoy the pancakes and bacon. I love the coffee mugs. Even on the weekend I feel like they are always fully staffed and everyone is friendly, responsive, and just overall good customer service.
