This is my first time visit the store. Overall, the experience was good. The staff were friendly, and the food arrived fast. The pancakes were fluffy, and the overall taste was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the faux leather seats were already ripped and damaged that kind of ruin the general atmosphere. Hope it will get fixed soon.

We had a group of 8 people go for breakfast at The Original Pancake House, and it was the perfect place for a large group! The service here was so good and our food was prepared perfectly and pretty quickly. Prices at The Original Pancake House aren’t bad, and are average for the area. The food was so good! Highly recommend trying the pancakes…especially the blueberry pancakes! The side of strawberries is a must as well! We will make sure to stop back at The Original Pancake House the next time we’re in the area! So delicious!

The OPH is a long running chain that rivals other flapjack flippers that have multiple locations across the country.... Here they pride themselves on scratch made to order meals with a focus on breakfast as their namesake implies. This location is pretty busy especially on the weekends and its not the most ideal layout as everyone wait get crammed in the entrance way with no place to really wait for a table The service is along the lines of a typical diner and its not uncommon for whomever is waiting on you to disappear for stretches at a time. For the food.... they are famous for their pancakes, of which they have a huge variety to choose from. Even sporting the legendary dutch baby which is a German style cake that's a thinner, richer, and larger puffed up version of its little cousin. The cakes themselves are really good with this fermented sourdough on the backend of a bite that gives it that homemade out in the country feel to it. Their thick cut bacon is actually thick cut and on point and their home fries are solid af. I even liked the biscuits and gravy although the sausage gravy was a lil meh and boring the biscuit was A-1 n a lifesaver there. That n solid freshed squeezed oj. I have read some ppls comments about the flavor and its more akin to a bread dough with some maltiness so be prepared to expect something a little different. My only knock is the cakes themselves could have been a bit bigger but overall worth another visit someday.

The food was amazing, I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes, and they were divine. Bacon was a bit over cooked, eggs were tasty, and the regular pancakes were good. The freshly squeezed orange juice was so delicious. Visited on a Friday around 12pm, plenty of seating was available. Will definitely return to this restaurant.

So delicious, so much food! Nice environment, family friendly, great staff, amazing food. We had the biscuits and gravy as entree, and I ordered the bacon and eggs, it comes with pancakes and potatoes, I had it with orange juice, everything was so delicious! The pictures were a little after we started eating already, so it actually comes with even more food hahaha

First time here, and visiting from out of town. Great food; everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent, with hardly any wait time (we arrived a little earlier than the usual Sunday crowd) and our waitress was outstanding. I held back one star because the prices seemed a bit high, but maybe that's just White Plains.

5 stars for the food. 1 star for the service. They seemed very understaffed. Need more waiters and waitresses. Make sure to put yourself on the wait-list online 45 min beforehand or you will be waiting! Pictured is the HALF ORDER of pancakes, blueberry waffles and the German Apple "Pancake" which was absolutely delicious. Its not an actual pancake so don't expect that. The inside is the texture of a crepe. It's like a half inch thick crepe with an apple cinnamon mixture on top. Worth the wait but be smart and put yourself on the wait-list.

Absolutely loved this place. You feel welcomed the minute you walk in 🙂 Their pancakes and breakfast platters are delicious, not to mention their Hot chocolate is the best. Yummy!
