In Savannah for a couple of days on business. Came here with my team for a laid back dinner, was perfect and the food was PHENOMENAL. Apps were some of the best I’ve ever had, fried green tomato capresse and pork belly donut sliders, NUTS! I had the Salmon Felix, so so good! Kate was our server, THE BEST♥️♥️ Totally recommend!!

We came in so that we could get a few Happy Hour items to share. We went for the Fried Green Tomato Caprese, Loaded Pub Fries, Meatballs, and Olive & Cheese plate. It was all very tasty and we enjoyed it all. My personal favorite was the Fried Green Tomatoes. I could have eaten the whole thing myself! The few cocktails we got were hit or miss. The two martinis we ordered were good, but the seasonal one(the name escapes me now) tasted like how a candle smells. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a great time.

We had dinner at the Ordinary Pub. Years ago I had their brunch here which was quite good so I had some higher expectations for dinner. I, nor our party, were disappointed. We reserved a table for 5. It was last minute but Ordinary Pub had an early evening availability. I had the Meatloaf. It's one of those meals that brings me back to my childhood because it was a meal that could be made and last several days as leftovers. Not having it in a long time, I wanted to give it a try. I felt it was done very well. The flavoring was a nice mix. The meatloaf combined beef, lamb and Italian sausage with potatoes and a charred tomato gravy and pickled onions. My wife had the Salmon Felix and we had an appetizer of Pork Belly Donut Slides. These slides were fantastic. We had the Savannah Breeze to drink. Waiter was helpful and continually checked on us. I don't recommend sitting in the high tables in the bar area. The bench seats are uncomfortable and the pipes tend to drip a lot from condensation. Our waiter wiped it down but eventually the water came back. Give it a try and decide for yourself.

Wow. This place was unexpectedly amazing. I did let some other reviews hype me up and usually I get let down. But not tonight. The atmosphere is cozy and happy. The food was freaking amazing. I had the Fried Bison and my friend the Lobster, shrimp, and grits. The Brussel sprouts that came with my Bison was the fest I have ever had. The donut slider for starter…….. Wow, who thinks of these dishes. I don’t do too much sweet stuff for dinner but I tried it with the sauce our server recommended……. So stinking delicious. The vodka mule was very good as well. Our server was very helpful with suggestions and discussion on the menu. Never felt rushed or anything. Definitely going back. Worth every penny sent.

Restaurant was clean and servers were nice for the most part. We did have a few issues. We ordered a beer and the bartender gave us the wrong beer. When we mentioned it to the bartender she was very dismissive and argumentative and responded that she did give us the right beer and did not try to correct the problem. I had a question about the menu and she actually walked away while I was actively asking her a question. I ordered Macaroni and cheese and specifically said I didn't want anything in my macaroni and cheese, not macaroni and cheese with meat, mushrooms, or anything else in it. Just macaroni and cheese. While I got macaroni and cheese it was cooked unevenly (see photo) and then she charged us for the most expensive macaroni and cheese dish on the menu. Other items we ordered were the duck poutine. The gravy and duck were gray and the duck was very chewy. We only ate 2 bites out of it. The last item we got was the Pork sliders. They were good. However, the bad outweighed the good. Please look through the menu before you go, as it did not really go with the theme of being ordinary pub food.

This place was a vibe! As you walk down the stairs, the pub vibe hits you! We didn't wait long for our seats on the Sunday we visited. We were looking for a local spot to eat, and when we walked up, the bottomless mimosas sign roped us right in. We started our meal off with the loaded fries and we were nearly licking the bowl. The cheese sauce was phenomenal. As we enjoyed our mimosas we ordered from the delectable menu. I ordered a massive spinach and shrimp salad with feta, my sister ordered loaded hashbrowns, and my niece ordered one of the biggest club sandwiches I've ever seen. The food was delicious, the waiter was fantastic, and the vibes were great. There were Bachelorette parties, friends, and families enjoying meals at tables and the bar. Can't wait to go back!!

Awesome atmosphere. The service was average but alright, if not a little slow when it came time to get our checks and leave. The food was a big miss for us. Portion sizes are good but the crab cakes were flavorless - I’m from MD so I can be a bit picky but I’ve honestly had better crab cakes from Narobia’s Grits & Gravy, Belford’s…the list goes on. The fries were chunky and not to our liking either but everyone has different tastes. Good for a quick drink but not ideal for a meal.

Inventive cocktails, including no-alcohol drinks, a great beer selection, and a lovely atmosphere. We had excellent service and top-notch hamburgers. The server made suggestions that helped me make gluten-free selections. The fryer is not dedicated gf so I was able to sub in cheese grits. I don’t know that I would choose the grits again, but the burger was one of the best I’ve had in Savannah.

We love the food, always great. Love the fact that this bar and restaurant actually fill draft beers to the rim! Too many places these days are serving sub par pours. This place has it figured.
