After looking at multiple reviews of this hotel me and my girlfriend decided to still give it a shot as the hotel was close to the US Open. We stayed in a bigger room (grand suite) the room has a lot of shelf and storage space which was nice. The bed is super comfortable. The TV is not good. Not HD and none of the streaming apps were updated which you can't update yourself for some reason. Only 3 channels in English. Everything seems a little bit dirty or breaking but I've stayed in worse so that's fine with me. We did hang a do not disturb sign on our door while we left for a day because we did not want anyone in our room but the cleaners still went in and made the beds. Nothing was stolen and it was nice to have fresh towels and bed made but for future reference lock stuff away in the lock box just in case you decide to leave for the day. The surrounding area is Flushing Chinatown so there is a lot of great cuisine and culture which I liked. It is next to a police station so it does feel safe. The shower is open to the entire room so only stay here if you are okay with doing that in front of the person you are staying with. Judging by other reviews it seems all of the rooms are like this. The rooftop bar had amazing views. The drinks were okay. They give you a menu of drinks and food and if you don't want what's on the menu the bartender seems to not like it. It got to the point where the bartender decided to not even make me an old fashioned, she just poured a cup full of straight whisky. The music is also blaring which I found a little annoying as there was only a few people up there just trying to have conversation. Overall, I've stayed at better and I've stayed at worse. I would not stay in this hotel if it wasn't so close to the US Open grounds. I would not recommend staying longer than one night. It does the job but there is better if you want to stay in New York or Queens specifically.

We booked a King Room since June. Instead we were given a small nasty looking, nasty smelling room with no space to place luggage or walk comfortably on the first floor. We were told the price we paid was for that room and does not equate to the reserved King Room. We requested another room and still could not escape the smell of mildew and moisture in the air. The furniture shows evidence of moisture damage. The light requires your room key to stay on, which is a very tedious practice. The shower-toilet arrangement was absolutely devastating. Everything is in one area and seems extremely unhygienic. The rough towels we were left were exactly that. After my 11hr drive I opted out of showering. When doing long distance driving I carry a blanket and pillow and so I ended up spreading that on the bed thanks to my newly feuled fears. Parking is $4 every 2 hours on the street. There is no “hotel” parking. We checked out the next morning by 10:30, we would have left earlier if we could have found last minute accommodations. They still charged us for a 3 day stay despite their false advertisement and poor conditions. The entire weekend was derailed because of the discomfort my mother and I experienced attempting to stay at this hotel. We had to book another hotel elsewhere and pay again just to be sure we had a clean place to stay. 2/10 Don’t recommend. I understand those images may be pre pandemic images and if that is the case invest in better quality items for your hotel and fix your rooms. Also the complimentary shower gel was a small hlf full bottle… I was concerned.

This hotel is going downhill. One can see that, at one point, it was a quality hotel based on the decor. Unfortunately, it is now falling apart. My first few stays were nice but gradually, I started experiencing the downfalls. My latest stay, I upgraded to a room with a spa bath. However, the worn carpet in front of the bed was not vacuumed. The seal to the shower does not repel water as it seeped all over the floor. The window curtain, to the bathroom, was covered in mold. Lastly, I found hairs in the chipped up bath tub. Renovations and good housekeeping are seriously needed.

Starting off with what's in the room:||-Small towels, and very rough feeling and old. ||-Mattress was not supportive that you sunk very deeply in the middle; challenging to get up, and my back was in pain from it. ||-No phone in the room to call the front desk. ||-AC did not work for half the time. Had to inquire 4 times to get it fixed. It would get "fixed" but then it kept not working again. ||-very small garbage cans - literally if you put a small takeout container, it takes up the entire bin. ||-the shower did not have seal around it, so water would leak onto the floor beside the bed. ||||Service||-room service was supposed to come every other day, but they only ended up coming one time - they missed 2 days of room service, so the trash accumulated on the floor, on the desk, and ran out of soap and body wash. ||-front desk girl did not seem to care when the issue about the room service and ac were brought up. Had to ask more than twice to get anything done. Not very welcoming, she was on her phone a lot. ||||Location||-no parking on site. You need to try your luck with street parking. ||-close to lots of places to eat and gas station. ||-next to police station

While visiting the hotel with a friend, we were interested in experiencing the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, our initial interaction at the reception wasn't welcoming. We believe in providing constructive feedback, and hope that the hotel can prioritize exceptional customer service for all guests, including local residents. Thankfully, we were able to find a great alternative bar nearby that provided a positive experience and saved our evening.

Service is good, location is good, but… THE ROOM IS EXTREMELY BAD. this hotel room has the worst layout out of the 20+ years of traveling I’ve done. It’s insane that any hotel can design like this. THERES NO WINDOW. And the floor will be FLOODED with water when you shower. THE FLOOR IS MOLDED BADLY. Stay away from this hotel.

The concept of the rooms are cool but they didn't think the designing through. The shower leaked all over the floor, we barely had towels and everytime we asked for towels we never got them and they were tiny. Room service took 2 days to come get the garbage out even after we asked and the trash can is too small. The mini couch in the room looked dirty and itchy, I refused to sit on it. If the lights wasn't on, the sockets wasn't working, which doesn't make sense to me and if the card wasn’t in the pocket near the door the lights would not work. The rooms don't add up to the pricing. I wanted to add another day but the front desk held me up and said wait until the next day and when I did they charged me extra for a room that was smaller than my room with a bigger bathroom, the ac in room wasn’t working so they gave me a floor ac, they had limited sockets (my room had more sockets). I couldn’t plug the fridge in because of that exact reason and the furniture looked chewed on. With that being said the front desk was very helpful and nice and they gave me back my old room. My card was charged 3 times.

The total was $428 for two nights. My least expectation for this room is to be neat enough to stay. However, the sanitation of the room was far from the lowest standard. The entire sofa was covered with liquid stain. The floor is visibly dirty. When we took off the sheets, there’s also unknown stain all over the mattress. Besides the hygiene problems, this hotel also didn’t provide central air conditioning in the room. They provided us a noisy portable fan, but it didn’t cool down the room at all and it makes really bad noise. The front desk informed me that they will get maintaining team to fix the issue the next day, when I ask her if she is sure the issue will be fixed, she couldn’t give me a positive response. This hotel is completely false advertising, completely a scam
