Shannon was amazing I booked a room last minute after flight was switched. Shannon upgraded my room, checked me in with speedy service & let’s not forget her personality 10/10 I recommend. The room was beautiful, clean, & peaceful. The balcony was spacious & my 1 year old loved every moment of it. If you need an affordable room with great hospitality & comedy call in & ask for Shannon. This is an appreciation post dedicated to her !

Our first room upon arrival did not have working lights in the bathroom, and was filthy and smelled like smoke. We requested a better room, and we were upgraded to one of their multi-room “apartments” which was also decrepit, but was better for the night. No wifi and the cell service is terrible. Perks was that it is close to the beach and boardwalk, and the parking is good. If you can deal with a gross hotel room for a night it’s worth it, but not for long term.

PAY ATTTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! The listing has hotel room photos. Be aware that all the rooms do not look like that. I booked an OK looking room for the night, what I actually received was a very uncomfortable room with many safety issues. The smoke detector was removed from the room. The closet in the room had been given a toilet and shower, which smelled of mold. Lots of water damage throughout the building, ceiling and floor. Check out my photos of the room I was actually given. This was room 91. This hotel is advertising falsely, the accommodations are not accurately represented. TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS

Fuyez!!! Nous avons pris deux nuits et nous regrettons énormément notre choix! Notre chambre n'avait aucune table et chaise. Pas de porte de chambre mais le pire est que personne ne vous avise qu'il y a un bar au sous sol et que la musique résonne jusqu'à minuit au minimum dans les chambres! Sa sent la pisse de chat et oublier la possibilité de cuisiner... Donc si j'avais pu mettre 0 étoile, c'est cette note qu'elle mérite! N'allez pas la, pleins de belles hôtels dans les alentours. Évitez de vivre notre mauvaise expérience!

Great little place to stay, the staff were friendly and helpful they even stayed open an hour late for us because we were checking in late. Rooms were perfect, only downside was the floor felt a little soft near the shower. They just went through flooding in that town though so I don’t hold it against them. Great stay for the price 100% will be going again

I don't get the other low reviews, if you pay $100 a night for a hotel room right on the beach don't expect the Taj Mahal. Anyway, we were delighted with our week long stay in room 17. The positives were the location of course, the really nice hostess and the comfortable beds. I would say the only real negative is the Wi-Fi is terrible, but again I only paid $100 a night and that's acceptable. The parking is a little full and annoying but I never had trouble getting a spot. The room itself was a little run down. The electrical sockets could stand to be changed because they are so used a phone charger won't stay in most of them. But in no way is this really a complaint because the room was clean and cozy with a nice full size fridge/freezer and complete kitchen setup. If the wifi was better this would be a 10/10 (the kids were complaining, lol) but I would give it at least a 9/10 anyway. Don't get scared off with the bad reviews. Some may be true but room 17 is fine and more than adequate for a family vacation.

Positive: Beautifully decorated, clean, & thevstaff so courteous. They made sure our room had enough space for our son?s friends, so conscientious to ensure all of the kids slept comfortably. The ocean is right outside your door. We will definitely be back again!! Negative: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. I loved everything about it.
