My husband and I moved in about 5 months ago. So far it’s been a great experience!We love walking around the lake with our dog. We have made a lot of new neighbor friends. The apartments are spacious and for the price they are worth it. Trust me we’ve lived in multiple tampa apartments from tampa area to Brandon and this is the best we have found at a decent rate. I’ve had very little experience with bugs here. I have only seen one or two and that was in the processing of unpacking boxes(boxes bring bugs). The apartment was very clean when we moved in. We have a dog and we have not had any bug issues with his food or treats. This is Florida so we expect a few during the rain but I haven’t really seen much at all and I see they spray regularly. Everyone who works here is so kind! We love visiting the office to chat! Our dog loves to get treats and pets from everyone there.We’ve had maintenance come by a few times for things and they come very quick and are super nice as well. The one thing that would make this place better is if we could fish the lake! That would give it 6 stars!

I’ve lived here for about a year and half now and Oasis has been AMAZING! The staff is all super nice, especially Jess and Savannah who helped us move in. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are very nice, especially the gym. The apartment itself is so nice and the appliances are up to date. This was my first apartment I’ve lived in Tampa and hands down I’m so glad I made the decision to live here! 10/10 recommend!!

I lived on this condo for a year and loved it! The amenities and apartments are in great shape, it's clean and safe. People on the office leasing is efficient and maintenance was timely. I really enjoyed living at this Oasis.

My experience here at Oasis at Brandon has been super accommodating since I moved in over a year ago. Everything from the steps I needed to move in to just being communicative of any changes. They just renovated the gym and the gates have its own code , very high tech and worth the money.

I've been here for over 2 years and I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I've ever experienced. The pool is great, the amenities fun, and the people who work here have always been nice. All communities have periodic issues, it's inescapable, but this place handles it with grace and professionalism.

We looove living at the Oasis! Our experience has been great since the application process to now living and enjoying our apartment and amenities. The community is always clean, kind staff and neighbors, beautiful common areas. We also really enjoy the community activities, such as the food trucks and raffles.

The trash valet does not pick up your garbage on their designated days so your garbage is usually left outside your door as decoration for days. The steps and windows need to be power washed both are extremely dirty. Lastly my first week moving in I dealt with a roach infestation I had to get rid of myself.

I have only been here three months and have had issues with roaches my first week. There was a water leak under and above me. Now they are saying I need a new water heater because it leaks. I’m guessing that is where the bugs are coming from. I have a phobia of those things and it has caused major anxiety for me because I can’t walk comfortably through the place that I’m supposed to have peace at. The apartment is nice but not big enough for what they charge and then to have to deal with critters. I wish I had saw a review like this prior to moving. Because I do read them and wasn’t going to do a review but I can’t live like this and don’t want others to come here and have to live like this in THE OASIS. More like the dressed up slums. The people are nice but there has not been much done about my complaints of this other than spraying and I believe it needs to exterminated instead. Look else where because I most definitely will be looking ASAP. I have never dealt with this many bugs even when I lived in income based or houses. I’m at utterly disgusted.I have pictures but can’t post them for some reason. And management no need to reply because I have said something each time as well as sent the pictures. Maybe an attorney can help me get out of here. I will be looking into some help with that this week.
